Description

The CROPCARE 2.5-gallon foam marker system deposits foam to easily mark where turf has just been sprayed. The use of a foam marker can greatly enhance the accuracy of your spraying by allowing the operator to see where they may overlap with the work they already preformed or avoid gaps in each pass. The foam spots last long, allowing you to see where your equipment has already been before the foam fades away. The 2.5-gallon capacity will allow the foam marker to run for approximately 1-1/2 hours before needing to be refilled. Foam is deposited from the left and right sides using the controller. The complete system includes the foam marker system, drop tubes, 8-ounces of foam concentrate, and a control box. To operate, wire the control box to a 12-volt battery using the supplied battery harness. The 2.5-gallon foam marker system comes with a 1-year warranty.

I had my doubts about this unit after reading the reviews but purchased it anyways. I mounted this on a Steelgreen spray machine and it does a great job. I was afraid the foam droplets would be spaced too far apart to be effective but they are perfect at about 5 to 6 feet apart at 5 mph. I removed the pump and mounted it in a separate location from the tank to make a neater installation. Be sure to cut your hoses for each foam head the same length. ... show more

First use both of the 8” or whatever size drop hoses fell off and the foam dots are small. Did a better job looking at old tracks rather than finding the foam

Received the foam marker and the t was busted off in side the foam marker and we had to extract the t valve. I will write a new review when I get the replacement t because I ran all over and had to piece parts together to get it to work

This thing is awesome. Installed it on my 3-point sprayer with a 12ft boom. Had to spray a pasture for thistles and had no marking system so I used this. Beats trying to follow wheel marks. Easy to install.

Foam marker unit was difficult to locate a satisfactory mounting position on my Enduraplas Field Boss Ecolite sprayer, but once mounted it worked well. I might mix foam at slightly higher concentration than that specified in owner's manual next time I use it. Had price shock when I called company to get replacement for lost drop-down hose; in excess of $50! I declined and decided to rig my own using sprinkler can nozzle and section of garden hose.
