I have loved CRBN Paddles since the Trufoam Genesis but the Barrage 1 and 4 shapes are perfect paddles for the wife and me. The power is there when you need it and actually feel controllable. The off the face feel is perfect. One of the biggest upsides about these paddles is that POP. I feel like the pop makes hands battles a lot easier to manage since I’m not having to swing the whole way through since the paddle has incredible pop on blocks. I currently own (and have reviewed) roughly 65 paddles over the last 2 years, but the Barrage 1 and 4 have permanent spaces in our pickleball bag. I don’t see myself rotating these out until they make a limited edition Barrage.
