    • Great cordless vacuum for home and camping
The no-cord design is great and makes this vacuum easy to move around the house, garage, or camper. It is lightweight and easy to transport to camp and back, which is one of the main reasons I like it. Cleaning out the filter is simple too. It does get caught on some thicker rug material at times, but overall it works well for everyday cleanup. My tip is to keep the filter clean and make sure the batteries are fully charged for the best suction and runtime. ... show more

    • Works great.
Great unit. Would buy a larger amp battery. I use a 9 amp and can vacuum on medium speed for about 6 hours.

    • Don't hesitate - buy this vacuum!
I have one and love it so much I have given them as gifts! easy to clean, has a good strong suction, goes from carpet to hardwood. Couldn't live without it! It's lightweight and easily stored and easy to carry from room to room.

    • It’s got goods and bads
Works great on vinyl flooring but stops running on throw rigs and the rigs are very thin. Battery doesn’t last as long as I thought it would, being the bigger size craftsman battery. It worked good in the car without the vacuum brush head.

    • Great on Solid Floors!
Great for hard surfaces. I bought this primarily for cleaning the laminate floors in our house, with the hopes of using it occasionally on carpet. This works well on the laminate, but pretty much just sucks up area rugs and ends up shutting off the roller. For hard entryway rugs it does fine. It seems to work okay on carpet on the medium or high setting. But, for its intended purpose of vacuuming hard floors, this thing makes it so easy to clean up crumbs around the kitchen, and dirt and dust around the house. No dragging cords around drom room to room, just grab and go! Great suction and maneuverability! It feels like its built fairly well, but the connection points do seem a little weak. It comes with a 4mah battery, which isn’t the best for weight and balance of the machine, but I tried a 2mah and it ran out of juice pretty fast. Overall, if I didn't already have Craftsman tools that utilize the V20 batteries, I probably would go with something else, but like the convenience of having my power tools use the same batteries. Overall, I think it is worth the sale price of $198 since it does come with a battery and charger, it is pretty versatile with the hand attachments, and it is pretty powerful. ... show more

Best vacuum on the market. I can use the batteries I already have for my tools on this. Great suction and pickup. I highly recommend this vacuum.

    • Use a 4ah or higher battery last about a week per charge
I have a lot of cordless craftsman tools this buy was just a no brainer and it works great my wife uses it daily and she loves it. We use it for our fifth wheel transitions well from carpet to hard floor
