I have been using this set for over a month now and I really love it. It's so easy to stack in my cabinet space, and super easy to clean. I love that it came with the pan protector separators too! The 2 different sized lids & the 2 handles are easy to use and it's nice to be able to interchangeably utilize them with the different pans. As far as cooking the non-stick feature is prime - and food seems to cook quite evenly. I use this set for sauces, soups, stews, etc. and they have replaced my prior set well, with one exception (below) that isn't even worth deducting points for. *Note: I still need to use my monstrous Aluguss Black Cast Aluminum pan for sauteeing and browning large quantities of veggies/meat as this cookware keeps in a lot of moisture and the result isn't quite as nice. ... show more

Cannot say enough about how much I love this pot and pan set. With limited storage in my kitchen, storing traditional pans with handles was beyond frustrating. The removable handles on this set are an organizational dream come true! I don’t have to remodel the kitchen to easily put away my pots and pans. They stack perfectly and fit great in the shallow drawer under my stove. I was unsure how I would like the ceramic cooking surface, but let me tell you as someone who enjoys cooking, I don’t know why I waited so long to try these! I found most reviews were if the initial unboxing which was annoy AF. I’ve had them a few months and used at least 15 times. I literally have no complaints, if I had to muster up one i’ld say the pads are ugly. lol. They work great, are as good nonstick as any expensive skillets i’ve used, stack nice like plates and bowls.The lids are flat not convex so they fit nicely inverted or on a lid hangers. I got white and it did turn brown a little by the bottom but I expected that. The handles clip easy on, but don’t come off unless you’re intentional. Great stacking pots but don’t wash them in the dishwasher! The bottoms of the pots turns black like soot. The soot can be scrubbed off with a little bit of elbow grease.
