I have never been so satisfied with a product and ease of use before. If you are a beginner, this is hands down the best. On the first flight, there is a tutorial on the screen of the controller that teaches you how to launch, fly and land. This drone self launches and lands. Literally, my 3 and 5 yr old were able to launch and land it. I ordered an extra battery, charger, pad and little landing legs. Id highly suggest buying the landing feet too. I have yet to transfer videos to my phone or learn the camera, but the camera is excellent and screen quality is very good. *Id suggest just going all in and buying the package with extra batteries, sd card and accessories. ... show more

After getting my PArt 107 certificate this was my first drone purchase and I absolutely love it. I was bothered by all the other sellers offering a bunch of extras and jacking up the price. Thankfully, Adorama did do that in their store and I was able to buy the standard Fly More pack minus the ridiculous markup. I purchased Asurion coverage and hope I never have to use it but I had a little reminder when I learned more about the DJI Refresh. I'm not sure which would be better so make sure you do your homework before you purchase because you can only add DJI Refresh within 48 hours of purchasing a new DJI drone. The DJI Fly app will notify you once you have it all activated/installed. The RC-2 controller is what makes this deal sweet. It works with other DJI drones. It also keeps you from dealing with your phone to fly. So no phone batteries dying or notifications/calls while in flight. The only caution I would add is that there are limited instructions in the box. There are videos available that the app points you to. Don't expect to have a huge manual teaching you to fly and operate the drone. Obstacle avoidance does work but with limitations. So be careful. At dusk you will receive a message in the app that obstacle avoidance is disabled due to low light. Believe it and adjust your flying. It also doess not respond to thin objects like wires, thin tree limbs, etc. always keep a visual in it when flying near those objects. Finally... Avoid flying backwards or sideways unless you are in a position to observe the drone in flight and it's surroundings. And definitely don't fly backwards while still zoomed in on a subject/objects. It is hard to hide the distance and if you move back you may be close to an object to the rear of the drone and not realize it. Overall...awesome little drone! Tons of great features. ... show more

This drone is AMAZING! The camera quality, movement, controller, durability, EVERYTHING about this drone is top notch. Earlier today I was being stupid and not paying attention and clipped a tree branch and fell about 30 feet out of the sky and hit multiple branches on the way down, and the drone ended up being perfectly fine, it was scuffed up a little but all the scuffs wiped right off with a paper towel, all I had to do was pop the one leg back into place. I was already really impressed with it but after I wrecked it and saw that it was just fine, I am now over the moon with this drone. The media could not be loaded. I actually can't believe how incredible this toy is. It's got tech that feels like it should be 100 years in the future. The camera is so crisp and beautiful. I have owned a Phantom 4 Pro and a Mini 3 Pro and this drone, complete with the screwn remote, is worth every cent. I can make pro looking movies of my vacations now! Size: Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo (DJI RC 2)
Have the Mini 2 Pro and it’s been great. Once I saw the obstacle avoidance capabilities, I knew it was time to upgrade and I’m not disappointed. It’s crashed 3 times, all caused by really small branches. If it was summer, leaves would have helped. Drone is fine, no props or lens damaged, I know it’s early and I’m sure it’ll change, but Activetrack 360 doesn’t recognize anything but humans, automobiles and usually boats. But definitely not tractors, which I feel are automobile looking enough, but 4 Pro currently says , nah son, not today. The Return to Home is actually fun to watch as it’s a smart return, not go up to X feet above obstacles and fly right to landing spot. AR lets you see exactly how it’s gonna come in, even gives you a landing icon the shows exactly where it will land. And it’s much more accurate than the Mini 2 is. Like within inches. You don’t actually get 34 minutes of flight time. That’s perfect scenario for drone, indoors, no wind resistance, etc. I’d say close to 23-25 minutes. ... show more

I contacted the seller when I found dead pixels on the controller's screen (hard to see them all in the photo). Very minimal compensation was offered. I declined the small offer. Since I'm well within the return date, I initiated a return. The return label was a letterhead where it only shows the return address, no paid postage. I was forced to contacted Amazon, they asked the seller to provide a paid postage return label. Seller does not follow good business practices. ... show more
