I’ve owned this for about a month and have used it 6-8 times at least. It came well packaged and undamaged. Set up and operation are fairly simple following the Easy Start Up instructions. Everything is fairly intuitive. I viewed several videos which helped too. I’ve used it to cook frozen breaded shrimp, small egg rolls from Costco, Nathan’s Frozen onion rings, reheated french fries, onion straws and some home fried chicken. Pretty simple tasks. So far I’ve been pleased with the results. But there is a learning curve. This thing does get HOT and will burn items if you don’t keep an eye on things. It comes with presets - Temperature and Time for certain items, that I use as a starting point and then manually adjust up or down based on the package directions. The adjustments ar in 10° increments so cooking at 425° per the directions on the egg rolls isn’t possible, but I improvise. I like how easy it is to clean the attachments/shelves as they are dishwasher safe. The only reason I rated it four stars instead of five is because cleaning the door, especially the bottom or the door, while easy, leaves crumbs all over the counter. But otherwise it’s simple to tops the drip tray and shelves in the dishwasher and wipe the inside with a warm wet rag and dry it out. Like I said, it is big. It does occupy a big footprint on any kitchen counter top. For this reason we store it in an overhead cupboard until it’s needed. But we have a small kitchen in our RV. Also, it does need plenty of clearance due to the hot wait that exhausts out the back of the machine. Don’t put it too close to any plastic wall surfaces. I place ours on a solid heavy plastic cutting board on top of our cook top for a solid base and run the exhaust fan on the microwave. This way it exhausts onto the backsplash behind the stove which is sort of heat proof. I have not set up the WiFi or used Alexa to control this as it’s usually something simple and a short cook time. Based on my experience thus far I’d definitely purchase again.

...this air fryer is marvelous! Better than a conventional stove in that it's faster, easy to clean, simple to use and of course, you get that nice texture with almost no cooking oil. When I bought this unit, I really didn't notice how well-rated it is here and on YouTube, so I'm greatly elated I selected this Corsori!

My family loves this machine! It gets used daily, multiple times a day. And here we are nearly 3 years later. It's easy to operate, and cleans up easily. The only complaint we have is that during operation, the door ever so slightly, vibrates open, allowing the microswitch in the door latch to turn off the machine. A slight press closed, gets things running again. Luckily it doesn't happen too often. Once or twice during operation, during one operation per day. More annoying than anything. Because of that, it gets 4 stars.

EDIT: It's been about a year now, give or take a month,I still love this air fryer. I am still learning how to use this, but I do love it. I advice anyone looking for an air fryer of this time to grab this size XL7Quart. I am so glad I got the wifi version, between using it with Alexa and also the VeSync app it works out well. I do suggest when buying the air fryer to buy, a nice set of tongs and some heavy duty ov gloves or really good potholders. They have a shake feature that will beep 1/2 though, but that pretty much means to flip with the tongs. Also you want to get a mister for oils to spray on the food, you should not use like a can spray, it ruins the coatings. A good instant read thermometer is a must too. So armed with you tongs, gloves, thermometer and the mister, you will have all the tools you need. So far I have made french fries, fried zucchini, bacon , tator tots, Barbers Food stuffed chicken breasts, grilled veggies, burgers. Can't wait to make my grill shrimp, and also stuffed shrimp. I think lobster tails are going to be fantastic. I am going to try a small chicken next. I will not totally ditch the deep fry machine I have now , but will not be using it much. As you can see I am a Cosori fan. Oh also, they have excellent Customer service and a 2 year warranty if you regester your product online. They also have a chef department you can email and they will email back with answers. All the way around the fryer is great, and the CS is top notch. One more thing, they even have a facebook page with over 46k members and a very active page. I was NOT given any deal, perks , or discounts!! I paid full price.

So, I must say this isn't the best looking airfryer out there. Its a bit big & boxy but if you can get past that then you will fall in love. I bought this for my husband's birthday as he's mentioned getting an airfryer for months now. We've had so much fun using this & testing out different things. The kids make their toast in here. We've made pork chops, chicken, potatoes & all sorts of different foods. It also does an amazing job of tator tots. I just tossed them in to see how they turned out & they were cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend this airfryer. There is so many different things you can cook & it's so cool how you can hook it up to your phone so you know when it's done
