This has been a game changer for me. At first I hated it. I’d never owned a cordless vacuum and had a hard time adjusting to it being top heavy since every other vacuum I’ve owned was corded and all the weight was at the bottom. After using it a few times, I got used to it, so it’s not an issue now. It has better suction than any stick vacuum I’ve owned and really does a great job. My last one was a name brand, and instead of cleaning up the cat litter, it would shoot some of it behind it, so I’d have to go over it a few times. It also didn’t pick up cat treats (they are super messy eaters), but this one picks up everything with no issues. The light made me realize just how bad the other one was. When cleaning under the bed and furniture, the light shows all the dust that the other one didn’t pick up, but cleans it up beautifully! As for the battery, I’m not sure how long it lasts, but it’s long enough to clean my whole house …about 900sqft and still has almost a full charge. My one and only issue now is that I don’t have anywhere to wall mount it since my outlets are not located anywhere that I want to hang it. So I just take the battery off and charge it that way and leave the vacuum in the closet. I also haven’t had it long enough to get used to not having to think about where I’m going to plug it in when I move from room to room. lol Removing the cup is easy, but putting it back on is a little challenge when I don’t have my glasses on. Definitely not a deal breaker there. It’s quiet on eco mode and doesn’t freak out my cats unless I put it on turbo, but it’s still quieter than my last one. I’m happy I decided to buy this one. It was a little more than some of the others, but I feel it’s a good value since it does what I need and it does it well.

For the price of this vacuum, it has worked well! It has different levels of suction. I do wish the suction would be more but it was also under $100. It is light weight and has a good assortment of attachments. The battery does drain a little fast even on the highest suction. Overall for the price it is a good buy!

It's OK. The suction power of the normal gear is not strong, so you need to use the boost gear.

This is probably one of the worst pieces of equipment I’ve ever purchased. I bought this vacuum on sale-if I would’ve bought this at full price, I’d been more upset. I’ve had this for 6 months. I wanted to give this a fair shot but instead it was utterly disappointing. I don’t have carpet beside two rooms so I figured this vacuum would do. Clearly I was mistaken. The suction on this vacuum is so awful that it constantly got clogged with debris. This was just basic dust, dog hair and debris from outdoors. The vacuum has two setting- an eco and turbo setting. Even with the so called turbo, it didn’t provide enough suction to pickup the debris and with the turbo setting after some use, the vacuum’s charge wouldn’t last. The power on this thing was bad and pick up speed was not decent. I had to constantly take apart this vacuum to unclog it. The attachments were fair but pointless given the lack of power so it was useless. And I sure tried only to be left with dirt and dust just being shuffled around. What was more irritating was that after each use and turning this junk off, some debris was left on the floor and when I picked up the vacuum, more of it would fall to the floor only for me to be left sweeping my floors. And don’t get me started on the brush if you even call that a brush..these aren’t even hard bristles. They are similar to a soft paint brush you use on a canvas. Imagine trying to use a paint brush to vacuum a carpet. I do not recommend this at all! You’re better off buying something else.

in an apartment- hardwood floors and 2 bedrooms with carpet. It does work well and I liked the product and being able to clean up easily BUTTTT did not personally like the hassle of having to charge it prior to using it and didn’t think it was strong enough to clean up pet hair. I ended up getting a mini bissel pet vacuum instead but this product can work especially for ease of cleaning hardwood

Update 12/3/2024 - After speaking with customer service, I was very impressed on how quickly and helpful they were to fix this issue. Turns out it was a faulty battery and will be replaced ASAP. They went over the warranty for this vacuum and let me know if I had any questions I can always reach out. I enjoy this vacuum due to how light weight and can fit in small spaces for storage. Suction works great and the light attached is a big help. The vacuum is not too loud when being used which also helps when cleaning while others are asleep. I am happy with this purchase and content with how well customer service listens to you. Would recommend to buy ! Reviewed on 12/01/2024- Just received this vacuum on Saturday 11/30/24. I read about 3 pages of reviews to make sure I was buying a vacuum that was worth it. Reading directions, packaging stated to charge battery first before using and all lights will turn off when fully charged. I charged it for about 12 hrs (overnight) and lights were still on but screen read full battery. I went ahead and used vacuumed and loved the suction and size of the vacuum. I live in a small apartment and this vacuum can fit in small spaces than a regular size one. I have a lab mix/blue heeler dog that sheds like crazy year round and picked up the hair great. But 20 minutes into using ECO setting the vacuum turned off and displayed low battery. The battery has since been charging for over 5 hours and is still slowly charging. I don’t know if it’s the battery that is not lasting or the charger. But I also bought the vacuum due to customers saying it was fast charging. I am impressed with the suction but not impressed with how slow it charges and the battery life. I have been in contact with customer service about this issue and hopefully it can be fixed.
