After researching many different cordless vacuum options, I decided to give this one a try. My decision was based on previous customer reviews along with the various options on how the vacuum can be used plus the tools that were included. It's difficult to find a reasonably priced cordless vacuum that actually works, but this one fits the bill. I bought this primarily to clean a rubber gym floor, but discovered that it works fantastic on wood floors, allowing me to clean under furniture where an upright vacuum can never reach. The only downside to a cordless vacuum is the battery life. I generally use this on the higher power so the battery doesn't last as long, but it does last long enough to vacuum all of our wood floors. I like all of the various ways this can be used, from a regular stick vacuum to a handheld, it's easy to convert to whatever length or use you need. And the attachments make getting into tight spaces super easy. It's lightweight and doesn't hurt my back like using an upright does. The canister is easy to remove and empty and we've installed the mount on the wall which allows us to hang the vacuum and tools for out of the way storage. I like this so much that I may buy another one so that I can keep one inside the house and in the barn outside where we have our gym. If you're looking for a cordless vacuum, this one is worth the purchase.

Update 12/3/2024 - After speaking with customer service, I was very impressed on how quickly and helpful they were to fix this issue. Turns out it was a faulty battery and will be replaced ASAP. They went over the warranty for this vacuum and let me know if I had any questions I can always reach out. I enjoy this vacuum due to how light weight and can fit in small spaces for storage. Suction works great and the light attached is a big help. The vacuum is not too loud when being used which also helps when cleaning while others are asleep. I am happy with this purchase and content with how well customer service listens to you. Would recommend to buy ! Reviewed on 12/01/2024- Just received this vacuum on Saturday 11/30/24. I read about 3 pages of reviews to make sure I was buying a vacuum that was worth it. Reading directions, packaging stated to charge battery first before using and all lights will turn off when fully charged. I charged it for about 12 hrs (overnight) and lights were still on but screen read full battery. I went ahead and used vacuumed and loved the suction and size of the vacuum. I live in a small apartment and this vacuum can fit in small spaces than a regular size one. I have a lab mix/blue heeler dog that sheds like crazy year round and picked up the hair great. But 20 minutes into using ECO setting the vacuum turned off and displayed low battery. The battery has since been charging for over 5 hours and is still slowly charging. I don’t know if it’s the battery that is not lasting or the charger. But I also bought the vacuum due to customers saying it was fast charging. I am impressed with the suction but not impressed with how slow it charges and the battery life. I have been in contact with customer service about this issue and hopefully it can be fixed.

It is very lightweight and has pretty good suction. I bought it mainly to use in my car and kitchen. It works well to pick up most items in the car except dog hair. Even on turbo speed, it won't suck up the hair. But I'm ok with that. As long as I can get the bigger stuff and keep the car looking relatively tidy, I'm happy. Also, I can finally get rid of the years of dog hair under my giant king size bed. The only improvement I would ask for is a more powerful suction. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Overall this vacuum has been a good purchase.

This is probably one of the worst pieces of equipment I’ve ever purchased. I bought this vacuum on sale-if I would’ve bought this at full price, I’d been more upset. I’ve had this for 6 months. I wanted to give this a fair shot but instead it was utterly disappointing. I don’t have carpet beside two rooms so I figured this vacuum would do. Clearly I was mistaken. The suction on this vacuum is so awful that it constantly got clogged with debris. This was just basic dust, dog hair and debris from outdoors. The vacuum has two setting- an eco and turbo setting. Even with the so called turbo, it didn’t provide enough suction to pickup the debris and with the turbo setting after some use, the vacuum’s charge wouldn’t last. The power on this thing was bad and pick up speed was not decent. I had to constantly take apart this vacuum to unclog it. The attachments were fair but pointless given the lack of power so it was useless. And I sure tried only to be left with dirt and dust just being shuffled around. What was more irritating was that after each use and turning this junk off, some debris was left on the floor and when I picked up the vacuum, more of it would fall to the floor only for me to be left sweeping my floors. And don’t get me started on the brush if you even call that a brush..these aren’t even hard bristles. They are similar to a soft paint brush you use on a canvas. Imagine trying to use a paint brush to vacuum a carpet. I do not recommend this at all! You’re better off buying something else.

Love this product--just used it-easy to put the small attachment on to do the stairs, easy to level the vacuum to where I want to hold it, light is awesome- picks up everything no issues with picking up dog hair, easy to empty, charges fast, well designed- ***the reason I bought this one is because I had another cordless vacuum where the collecting canister was attached to the long pole vacuuming arm it broke off, this model is very sturdy and the canister is not tied to the main vacuum pole this is very important for long use and durability-this model is very effective since no pressure is applied to delicate canister and will last a long time do to this strong design. Pickup speed is great two settings I use the low setting on the area rug high setting on the floors. Great battery life can vacuum the areas I need in the house with the battery having more than enough charge to do more.
