Just a little under a month and a half and the battery life is down to a couple of hours...I always wait to post reviews for this reason. Had high hopes for this and was looking forward to using it. At this point I don't even bother wearing it as the battery doesn't even last the day. It would be a fine watch for the price but battery life makes it worthless. The watch is easy to use and the flashlight feature is Cool. The product needs work like the link between watch and phone is not strong after a day this became issue. The Bluetooth says it’s connected but the app and the watch say it’s disconnected. Hopefully this improves it would be a shame to see others go through this especially that this should have been the first thing to make sure the product could keep up with its connection. ... show more

This watch is listed as having a battery lasting up to six days. In reality the one I purchased only lasts one or two days before it shuts down and needs charged. The help number that is listed in their instructions is never answered. When you call a message tells you that the line is very busy and to call back later and then cuts you off. Since I could never reach their help line I sent an email to the email address listed and no one ever bothered to respond. The heart rate monitoring seems to be fairly active but the majority of functions I never used because of the lack of support. ... show more

I don't receive phone calls or text messages (the main reason I purchased the watch) and it disconnected itself from my phone's Bluetooth without me realizing it. Watch broke after first time in the pool. Loved it until tried to take it into the water. I had used it for six months and was extremely pleased. The battery life is amazing and it did what I needed ... Including serving as my alarm clock with the vibrate feature. Update: August 2024 - Annnddd... It's dead. Original problem was never solved, but we put up with it's quirks and problems the best we could. Until it's 'untimely' death. My original request for support to Blackview, the seller, was this... •. Some days it works fine. Then for some reason, the watch turns itself on all times of day and night. It can be sitting on the counter, not being worn, and the watch turns on (light turns on and displays the time). This leads to a fully charged battery being half depleted overnight. How can this be corrected? After some back and forth, this was their conclusion. •. Dear Gary, Thanks for your reply. Sorry to tell you that your watch was not purchased from our store, we can't help you replace or refund.
