This vacuum is very easy to charge, piece together, and use. I tried it on carpet, hardwood floors, and stone - it worked flawlessly on all! It has very high suction power, and I realized it wasn't even on full power (it has 3 levels of suction). The battery life is plenty even on full power (max mode) - I tried it the next day and was able to vacuum my entire place, and if I had a bigger place I'd run it on mid mode, which is powerful enough anyways, or charge half way through. I love the self-standing feature; it makes storage so much easier, and the V-shaped brush design is genius. It prevents hair from getting tangled and lets me get into all the awkward corners. Plus, the brush head is super flexible and can rotate to clean every nook and cranny. The OLED display shows a lot of info and looks very cool. The entire vacuum is very well made. The filter is great and even comes with a spare which is nice. Overall, this vacuum has exceeded all my expectations. I spent hours researching a good cordless, powerful, less noise, super strong vacuum. This is definitely the one. It charges in 2 hours. The assembly was 1 minute. This is a very well made, strong, quite, strong suction and very easy to use cordless vacuum. I use it on all types of floors. It works great on hardwood, carpet, laminate, concrete and area rugs. It even has a turbo feature which I love. It picks up everything even the smallest particles of dust, dirt, lint and dog hair. It last a true 60 minutes and only takes 1-2 hours to charge. It is perfect for my weekend house work. I like how you dump all the stuff out with a flick of one finger. The air filter is awesome. My air stays fresh. It rolls very well on every surface and the wheels don't leave any marks on your floors. For the price, I highly recommend this. Must buy!!     • Great for Quick Clean-ups and Bare Floors
I was immediately impressed with the amount of suction this little vacuum produces. I would never expect to use it to do a deep cleaning of my carpeting, but it is great for quick clean-ups in between using my corded upright. It works very well on bare floors and also on throw rugs. If you select the higher speed it will even attempt to suck up a throw rug, so keep it on 2 for them. As far as using it on thicker carpeting, just know that it is hard to push. The rear wheels are quite small. When you are vacuuming and transitioning from the bare floor to a carpeted area you will notice this and it works best to just pick up the vacuum and place it on the carpeting rather than attempting to push it onto the carpeted area. It is, after all, light weight. But if you expect it to suck up a lot of dog hair don't be surprised if you have problems. Save that cleaning for a larger vacuum. Disassembling this little dynamo to clean it was a little difficult on my first try, but once I did it then I wasn't so nervous about digging right in. On my first use vacuuming with it in places I could never reach with my corded upright I was shocked to see how quickly the dust canister filled. It was nice to actually see what a good job it was doing. And my husband and I were both impressed with using it to clean the mats in our cars. They haven't been this clean since the cars were new! Ages ago we used a Dust Buster on the car interiors and weren't too happy with the results. So my husband thought that buying a Ryobi hand vacuum would work better on the cars. Boy was that a joke! It was worse than the Dust Buster. So, we were very skeptical about how this little cordless would perform on the car mats. I have to report that we were VERY pleasantly surprised at how it worked on them. So if you are in the market for a cordless vacuum to use on your bare floors, throw rugs, and car mats, I would definitely recommend this one. As far as using it on your thicker carpeting, just remember that it will be harder to push, although it will pick up surface debris, but break out the corded vacuum for a deeper cleaning of your thick carpeting. ... show more

Best purchase to learn a lesson. Took a bit to figure out removal of dust filter, ok. Fully charged, realized I literally needed to sweep/ push dirt to nozzle, lights are a nice idea to see everything not being sucked up. SEVERELY underpowered for hard wood floors. When used on 8x19 Shirt pile throw rug it preformed disastrously at best I managed to angle it to get stuck to carpet. It’s going in the trash this weekend pick up, lesson learned, just wish I saw a review like this. ... show more

Bought this because our old vacuum is heavy to use. This vacuum barely picked up some dust in the bin so we went over the same spot with the old vacuum and collected quite a bit of debris (I hadn't vacuumed in about 4 days). This vacuum would be good for small, quick pick ups but not whole house cleaning. Ran it on area rugs on high speed with minimal pick up and it struggled to pick up anything the size of a pea or cheerio on our hardwood floors. Running on high speed for carpet you might get 10-15 minutes of run time. Not enough suction or run time for our needs so we returned it. ... show more
