I still stand by this most excellent cordless vacuum cleaner!!! I did however run into a problem with ongoing use, and it was entirely my fault. Just be sure to religiously clean out all compartments of this vacuum whenever possible. If you do, it works like a charm. This vacuum is so cheaply made/designed. I have waited for a long time for my apartment it’s only 750 square feet and all vinyl floors, no dog nor cat, I have short hair and it runs out of battery, the reason I shared about the hair/animals it’s not like it’s got a big job. I’m so disappointed what an absolute waste of money!!!!!! And for someone who’s retired with a limited income, this truly is heartbreaking, I will go back to my original vacuum that I was going to buy, UGH ... show more

    • Poor design. Doesn’t stand upright on its own
I loved the vacuum as far as weight and it wasn’t loud. However it doesn’t standup on its own. So as far as having to stop to do something, you have to lay the vacuum down on the floor since it doesn’t stand upright on its own. It also don’t pickup well on our area rug with dogs.

Whoever thought of this type of vacuum design is a genius, it's great for detailed vacuuming around the house or whatever place needs to be vacuumed. I especially love the round LCD meter gauge that lets you know what percentage is the battery is in big #'s. The LCD gives the option to change the vacuum speed which is set to medium speed. A solid 4 to 4.5 stars rating PROS: The Battery meter is in plain sight on top of the vacuum with big digits #'s and you will be able to know the power and when to charge the battery. The lightest I tested with the same type of vacuum design. Smaller people will be able to wield this vacuum easier with one hand. Multiple configuration options: You can go stubby size in confined areas without the use of the golden telescope tube. Or use the golden telescope tube in its default size or double its length and expand it. Accessories for most occasions. Suction is very good to great CONS: The battery seems adequate and the vacuum midweightness is better suited for detailed vacuuming. I will not use the rug vacuum accessory. A small 1 bedroom apt. should be fine for carpet vacuuming. BTW I use a dedicated floor/carpet vacuum. The telescope button clip-on springs are not that strong. When you press the button to adjust the size, the springs are weak..but do clip in. When you press the trigger, the vacuum is defaulted to mid-speed: You have to press the LCD UP to max the speed. Turn it off and turn it on again, It will default back to mid-speed. ... show more
