No longer do I have to worry about locating an outlet close to the pool or wrangling with cables that have become tangled. The duration allowed for cleaning by the rechargeable battery may reach up to 110 minutes, which is more than sufficient for me to clean my whole pool in a single session. Having the ability to roam freely without being restricted by proximity to a power source is an extremely empowering experience. This robotic pool cleaner does an outstanding job in terms of cleaning performance. It is able to easily remove dirt, debris, and leaves from the surface and the walls of the pool since it is equipped with strong suction and scrubbing brushes. This small miracle is so powerful that it can remove even the most tenacious algae and filth. After the first cleaning of my pool, I couldn't believe how spotless it was. It really took my breath away. I really like the fact that there is an option for automatic parking since it is an additional convenience. The pool cleaner will automatically return to its charging station after the cleaning cycle has been completed or when the battery has reached a low level, whichever comes first. It will then be ready for its next use. Because of this function, the Hoover cleaner is always fully charged and prepared to use whenever I need it to do so. This robotic cleaner works well for pools up to fifty feet in length, which is fortunate for me since I have an above-ground pool. It effortlessly navigates around obstacles, and its cutting-edge sensors prevent it from being trapped or entangled in pool ladders or any other pool equipment.     • No Customer Service Phone Number. Poor Instructions

My charging indicator did not work: Instructions say it should be red when charging and turn green when finished. It never comes on despite it appearing to take a charge and cleaning my pool pretty well. You are supposed to call after sales support if this does not work but there is none listed in the manual or anywhere I can find on amazon or the internet in general. During operation it will occasionally stop perpendicular against the wall and I have to pick it up and turn it get it moving again. I have a 14 foot above ground round pool so have the jets set to 20 degrees to the left on one side to the right on the other side. Not sure this is correct as directions do not tell you exactly what 20 - 20 is supposed to be and there is nobody to call or a help site that I can find. It goes around the edge a few times and then does random loops towards the middle before getting stuck on the side after 10 to 15 minutes of operation. I am not sure what it is supposed to do on the 20 -20 setting because there description or any phone or chat support that I can find. It did remove a lot of debris from my pool, saving me a lot of work with the hand vac I have been using. Not sure that it got the full pool bottom because my water is pretty cloudy. I used it for an hour, let the kids swim and then ran it until it stopped which I did not time. Seemed like 45 or 50 minutes so that was as advertised. I have an aboveground pool. The floor of the pool is not perfectly smooth and has bumps. Bumps are less than an inch high but needless to say it isn't a smooth floor. Vacuum constantly gets stuck on these bumps. I removed the little brush and that helps a little bit. In addition when you pull it up it proceeds to dump a lot of the stuff it filtered out right back into the pool. The catchpan in the vacuum is not seeled to the filter. It has large gaps almost an inch wide and probably 2-3 inches long on each side so the junk just flows out as it drains. Seems like a nice vacuum but for the.money I think I would have just get a handheld one that doesn't have the issues ... show more

This vacuum worked great for 3 months and then stopped. It would not charge or turn on at all. I contacted the company twice without a reply. Luckily Amazon was nice enough to give me a refund and take the loss.

This I a great product for the price. The only issue I had with it is that after a week of swimming my kids had left imprints of their feet from jumping up and down in the pool. The machine had a hard time going through them. The pool must be almost flat for it to work. But when it did work it took everything off the bottom. Very impressive. ... show more
