I'm not sure what some of the other reviewers are talking about when they say these are terrible tablecloths that stain horribly and are covered with wrinkles that they can't get out. The ones I bought are beautiful. They're a nice weight fabric, they have a little bit of a texture to them, they're very well made, the hems are all nicely stitched, and beautiful colors. I pretty much ignored the laundry tag on them and I washed them in warm water with regular detergent and dried them on low. They came out of the dryer with just the creases from the packaging and once I iron those out, without any special effort, they hung beautifully. I don't expect to have to do much touch-up ironing to them when I wash them again. As far as stains not coming out, pretreat them with some Spray and Wash and wash them in warm water (not hot) with some good laundry detergent like Gain. You can't expect grease to come out by washing them in cold water no matter what detergent you use. ... show more

Beautiful tablecloth but when I washed it after it got some grease stains they didn't wash out. I even tried using a stain remover the second time I washed them but they didn't come out.

I like the color, the material, and the look of this tablecloth. However I used it once, for dinner, and unfortunately some things spilled onto the cloth. I immediately put it through the wash, and the stains did not come out. I rewashed it, putting Dawn dish soap directly on each of the spots and let it soak overnight before washing a second time. The stains still did not come out. I washed it a third time spraying each staying with Mr. clean freak, and the stains did not come out. ... show more
