Just received the package. I noticed that the ball bearing that holds the tip of the tailstock is blocked or damaged, I was able to lose it with WD40 but still, it has a lot of friction. There is no instruction or information on how to fix this. Customer service helped me to solve the issue and I am pleased with the results. Four stars due to the initial issue ... show more

It would have been exactly what I was looking for but it didn’t run. Amazon packing was ok, but box containing item was falling apart. Did they give me a used one…I don’t know. Returning it and reordered another and hopefully it will work and we will be in business.
