First off I thought we got a lemon device but after some use we realized we were using it wrong. With a trigger button one would assume that depressing the trigger all the time is how you operate it. I guess I have too many leaf blowers that work that way. Lol. Anyhow now knowing it’s a on/off switch all is well. We love the light weight. A single charge enables to do our whole house, over 4000 sq ft. So battery power isn’t an Issue. It sucks great and cleanup was easy. I do wish there was a brush tip when using like a hand held Dustbuster. Maybe there is and I just don’t know about it yet. The customer service with this company is outstanding. I am not sure if they outsource it or in house but they were like hunting dogs wanting to make sure I was happy and the problem fixed. They reached out by email and phone multiple times. For that I give them props, nobody does that anymore!!! So five star service support for sure. Overall we are quite pleased by the SUV7 stick vacuum. We were in need of something light and yet efficient enough to handle rugs and our white oak floors without dragging out the Rainbow. This fits the bill perfectly. It’s outstanding!!! My daughter wants one for her house. I guess I know what I’m going to order her for Christmas!!!!

The media could not be loaded. Never had a cordless stick vacuum before but I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight this vacuum is! This had high suction and had no problems vacuuming my carpet and hardwood floors. I was also able to easily switch accessories and vacuum in my couch without any issues. Since it's also compact, I was able to reach under my couch with the extended roller accessory. I have an 1100 sq ft home and was able to vacuum the entire place with only a small % of power used. This would have no problem vacuuming a bigger house. I have no complaints about the sound. It is much quieter than my robot vacuum. Overall, I love it! Really good and lightweight vacuum that comes with some very useful accessories. Also came with an extra filter!

I've never used the Dyson this thing knocks off but besides being quieter I can't imagine what it could do better than this thing. Long battery life, sucks up everything, automatically sucks harder when it needs to. Lights up its path so you can see all the dirt on your floor before you suck it up. The head turns all the way around so you can practically vacuum the vacuum. Lay it down to vacuum under things. Shorten the stick or take it off for variable height jobs. A couple of cool attachments that work real well. The dustbin is small but it's easy to empty. At this price point this thing rocks my world and cleans my floors and makes me smile.

It started out working well. It’s very cheaply made. Hard to reattach canister after cleaning the filter. No one in family could figure it out. Poor instruction manual. Limited videos available. Very frustrating. Shouldn’t be so hard to do. Won’t buy again. Going into trash Update: Customer service is great. Everything was worked out to our satisfaction!

I've always been a die hard Dyson fan, but the cost of their machines is just too high, so I tried this machine by Coovy, and I was impressed by its performance and very low cost... It's essentially a Dyson quality machine for a 65% lower price... It's very lightweight, performs well on all surface types despite having 4 pets, and it easy to maintain... The battery life at high power is more than enough to vacuum at least an entire floor of a 2400 sf home, and medium power is more than enough to get the job done... This machine is a tremendous value and performs as well or better than its comparable Dyson models...

I’m genuinely impressed with the Coovy vacuum—it performs just as well as my Dyson, if not better, at a fraction of the effort. The suction power is excellent, easily handling dust, pet hair, and larger debris on both hard floors and carpets. What really stands out is how lightweight it is, which makes cleaning quick and comfortable, even for longer sessions or stairs. The battery life is also fantastic. I can clean my entire space on a single charge without feeling rushed. One of my favorite features is the auto setting—it intelligently adjusts the suction power when it detects heavier debris, so I get maximum performance without having to manually change settings. This is a small but mighty cordless vacuum cleaner. It is perfect for my use in a one-bedroom condo with both hardwood and carpet/rug surfaces. With 2 dogs and 4 cats, I needed a powerful vacuum cleaner. The one I had was just too big and heavy for me to use and lug upstairs at my age with mobility issues. I have yet gone beyond the 100% charge capacity. I do charge it after every use. It is very easy to empty. If I had to say one thing, the canister does need to be emptied during the time I vacuum since I pick up so much pet hair. So far, I am very pleased with this product and the price was good. Stacked up to a Shark (which is my favorite brand), I would consider them equal, but Coovy is better priced

The vacuum works pretty well, the auto feature that adjust the suction automatically it's amazing! Battery last long enough for a full house cleaning, nothing to complain so far. ----Update------ I'm updating my review after some months of usage just to reinforce how good this vacuum is. The unit is still rock solid, the light feature on the head is very helpful to spot dirty stuff that you wouldn't see without it. I've now mounted the holding support on the wall, making it an easy and nit way to store and charge it. I'm glad that I've saved some money not buying some other expensive brands as this one performs really well without the need of breaking the bank to buy it. Just go for it!
