With my continuing hearing loss, I needed a way to make sure that I wake up in the morning on time. After reading reviews, I chose this product (Coolfire - Vibrating Alarm Clock Sweatband.) Have been using for 3 weeks now and it works great for me. The iPhone app is well designed and very easy to use. I can set multiple alarms, check the battery status, adjust the vibration intensity, etc. I set mine on Medium and that works just fine. I can snooze it multiple times if I'm still sleepy. I haven't explored adjusting any settings on the watch itself - again the app is so easy to use, and since I don't sleep with my glasses on, I can't see it anyway. So my "Easy to read" rating relates to the watch itself and my eyesight, not the app. My only nit is that the wristband is a little tight for me - I wear an XL shirt, but my arms/wrists aren't beefy. But once I have it on, I can fall asleep. The instructions say that the watch needs to be charged monthly, but after 3 weeks my battery still has almost a full charge. Note that the watch end of the charging cable is a non-standard connector. I taped a label to the cable so I wouldn't forget which device it's for.

It’s a really cool concept and it works to wake me up but it just suddenly stopped vibrating and I’ve only had it for 2 weeks. This is the second one I order since the last one started vibrating SO loud my husband could hear it after using it for about a month and a half. I Contacted the company and they kept telling me they were gonna send me a new one and they kept making excuses when I didn’t receive the replacement and then told me that they were sold out. Which is obviously not true. Bad company to deal with customers. I bought another one hoping that my last one would just be bad luck because I really needed this product because it wakes up only me and not my husband. I just wish it would just work right and their customer service was better!

This works very well for me. If you have large wrists, it might be a little uncomfortable. It charges quickly and holds a full charge for weeks. It has never been unreliable when I used the app correctly. It is VERY important to leave the app open and running or the alarms will not sound. I found that out the hard way, but I always set a backup real alarm just in case. This does not wake my partner who has a very different work/sleep schedule than I have.

I've lost my hearing, so an alarm clock is useless. This works great. I tried an alarm watch that looks like a regular watch. It was uncomfortable, hard to set, and broke quickly. This watch is a whole other animal. It's so comfortable! It just cuddles up to your wrist. It's stretchy, so it's easy on or off, but it never feels tight. It hugs your wrist comfortably, just tight enough to stay in place and feel good. I downloaded the app to my iPhone, and I've never had a watch that's so easy to operate. It disconnects from the phone after a few minutes to save the battery. You push the button on the front for three seconds, and it's connected. I did not have to fight with it to connect, as I do with other things that connect to an app. This is just easy and comfortable, and I love it. Also, I tried the vibration on the medium setting. I'm a heavy sleeper, and it woke me right up.

I immediately opened the box after receiving it and tried to download the app on my Apple phone and to my surprise it said it wasn’t available in my country. Huh, I’ve already seen the reviews for people in the US that have gotten it and it sounded like it worked and the app was available for them. That’s when I thought I’d use my Android tablet to see if I could find the app on there and it was! Evidently, the app is available on Android devices but not on Apple here in the USA. So, I’m using the tablet instead of my phone. I knocked a star off for that. The second star I knocked off was for it being weird when I tried to pair it. I had to try things in different sequences before I got it right and then it finally paired. Got me a bit frustrated for a good 10 minutes. This review lost 2 stars for those two reasons: app availability and pairing.

Very comfortable to wear, vibration is strong to wake up a deep sleeper. Alarm is removable to wash band to keep is fresh and clean. Functions as described and very durable. Band stays in shape during wearing and does not stretch out.

Out of the box it was hard to get it to connect to the app. It connected once and appeared to work but when I plugged it in to charge it, but it would not charge and the screen froze. Couldn't do anything with it after that.
