I mostly use this pot for brewing wine and beer boiling the mash. The pot is very well built with a heat sink welded onto the bottom. The pot does not loose shape especially the bottom heat sink, it has stayed flat so far and not warped while heating, the lid fits tight. I can run cold water over the top of the lid to cool the pot and no water gets inside. The handles are welded to the pot and very sturdy, when the pot is full they do not flex. Over all the best stainless pot I have owned and serves the purpose of boiling 5 gallon batches of wort and mash very well with plenty of head room. I purchased the 30 quart size and have boiled several batches of wine in it so far, Love this pot! ... show more

I’m very impressed with this pot. Very well constructed with a good weight to it. It conducts heat evenly too. This is also a very attractive piece of cookware. I love the brushed stainless steel both on the pot and cover with a shiny stainless band around the top. There’s another feature that I love about this and that’s really important. Instead of being tall this is shorter and gives you more surface area to brown. This really helps if you’re browning meat. I also love the 9qt size rather than 8qt. It’s only one quart difference but it gives you that extra room that’s nice to have. This is the fifth piece of cookware I’ve bought by this brand and I’m extremely happy with how it performs. After 50 plus years of cooking and owning many different brands of cookware this is one of the very best brands I’ve had. I would highly recommend anything made by them! I purchased this pot after burning the last large pot I had. It was a 20=quart stockpot, smaller than the new one that I purchased, so I was a little hesitant at first about buying this larger pot. No sticking. I put 3 whole chickens in the pot and deboned’em. I weigh that to eight lbs and that’s what I put in the andouille, 8 lbs. rendered that down and put in a big pile of the trinity. It all worked out good with that 5 cup of flour roux that I cooked dark in the black iron skillet. I put up 10 one gallon bags in the freezer and kept plenty back to eat on. ... show more

This is a very high-quality pot for the price. I got one that’s a little bigger than what I need but I kept it because it’s really beautiful and I like to cook a lot. This is the third of this brand that I have purchased but they’re very nice. They look like a high expensive brand.

Love the pot just completely fed up with Amazon Prime and their bs. Oh pay is so much per month and you get 2 day shipping. Well in my case it’s mostly 4 & 6 day shipping. DO BETTER AMAZON. I feel like you are just making promises you can’t keep.
