Looks awesome, sprays awesome. Only downfall is the "power sprayer" button gets stuck sometimes and the pressure is intense and I have to unstuck it with my fingernail because it's too strong to leave on all the time. But...man...other than that, this is a great faucet. And it's BIG...BIGGER THAN MOST...so you'll want a large sink or large area. It's really not designed for a smaller or very average sink...you'll get water all over the place. ... show more

Install was simple and instructions are clear! The only thing I dislike is the switch that changed the stream of water. It’s an angle button and not a convenient design. Other than that, everything is wonderful with this piece!

I purchased this faucet for a 2nd location because I have one at home and like it. When I installed the new faucet I removed the spray wand to ensure no sediment was forced into it on first startup. When I reinstalled the wand and tried the faucet it has a wonky spray pattern. I removed the wand to ensure no sediment was in the screen and it’s perfectly clean. Must be a bad wand. Now since I ordered it a while back and haven’t installed it until now I have to buy a new wand at $60 which is frustrating. ... show more

I couldn’t be happier with this faucet! My plumber only had good things to say about the installation and feel of the faucet. The spray pattern is amazing and so helpful for channeling bits from the edges of the sink towards the drain ( only have had it installed a week so haven’t used the spray feature for anything else yet but I’m sure it will be helpful for washing stubborn dishes as well. And not to mention it is just a beautiful spray pattern too 🥰 The matte black finish is gorgeous and so smooth. One thing I absolutely love about this faucet is the fact that it does not have a pull down hose with a faucet weight. Great looking faucet with amazing flow, even with a water saver. The regular setting is great, and then it has a steroids setting which could peel paint. I wish it stuck out a little bit further from the base so it would hit the middle of the sink basin.

I bought this faucet in early August and installed in early September as my kitchen remodel finished up. My return window is closed with Amazon now, and after installation I've found the main stream of the faucet splits into a few messy streams and dribbles/sprays all over when in use. Paying over $500 for a faucet, my expectation was that this thing would be perfect out of the box. Also now knowing that my return window is closed through Amazon, I would never purchase something like this from Amazon again. If I had bought it from Home Depot they would be taking it back right now. Otherwise I think I like it, but pretty irritated that it's not working properly for the price paid. I've reached out to Kohler to see if there are any known problems like what I have. We'll see what they do and I'll update my review as needed. I have faith in Kohler so hoping for a good outcome. UPDATE: Kohler sent me a new faucet head and it works perfectly now. So it's a great faucet! I still wouldn't buy this type of item from Amazon again due to the 30 day return policy. ... show more
