Update: the manufacturing company contacted me and proceeded to refund the money and apologize for the inconvenience caused. It is a very bad product, 1; The handles are very bad, they break off, it doesn't hold with the basket and they move when you are taking things out. 2; I used it for a small project and after 5 months it got damaged, it stopped heating and the circuits burned out. 3; I called Amazon to make the claim and use the protection insurance that I had purchased, initially they did not want to do it because it had a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer that I needed to contact them; The truth is that I was never able to communicate, I sent emails for more than two weeks, they kept me from one place to another and they did not resolve me; In the end the insurance responded to me. 4; but they send the money by gift card and do not deposit it into the account FORCING YOU TO USE the money on Amazon again, it is a scam.

Temperature controls are accurate and it’s nice that you can use only one side at a time if you want. Also, the fry pots have handles for super easy clean up. Holds 6 liters each so get plenty of oil :)

The fryer has been working good in my food truck, my main complaint is the handles on the baskets pop off all the time and the basket falls back into the grease. Burned me a couple good times. 1 other thing, I wish the oil well had a pour spout on one of the corners.
