This portable heating pad gives you comfortable heat and massage with 9 heat temperatures to choose from and 5 massage vibration intensities to choose from. It provides helpful comfort, that is portable. You can choose the size that fits your waist, perfectly for lower back pain. Easy to recharge, with a long lasting charge. It’s very helpful with lower back pain, but it’s also able to be used for shoulder pain. It’s comfortable to wear, I really like the fact it’s cordless. It is durable and worth the price, which is a good value for the money. So, if you’re searching for a good quality heating pad that you can use on the go, this is it! You can also enjoy the powerful and comforting massage! It’s easy to use, easy to recharge and helpful in dealing with arthritic pain. I highly recommend it.

I hurt my back properly good recently with a bad muscle strain, unfortunately I did not have this when it happened. I put it on for 5 or 10 minutes and the relief was immediate even just using 3 heat 3 vibration. I'm a big dude at 6'5 250, and the fit and walking around with it was no problem (laying down flat is of course the best for contact). If you've never used one of these before (like me) grab a fan or head outside if it's cool so you don't overheat, even at setting 3 you get warmed up in a hurry. No muscle relaxers or pain killers needed after I got this. I was in a lot of discomfort and soreness for 4 days, this was really wonderful. Worth every penny, I'm glad I have it in case I'm stupid and pull muscles in my back again. Thanks to the company for shipping this fully charged, I thought I was going to have to wait - small stuff like this creates customers for life when you're in discomfort or pain. Note: I've only had this for a day, so I can't speak for the durability or longevity but if you ever hurt your back badly you won't care - anything that works is glorious.

The first one I ordered the battery didn’t last as advertised. It was returned and another sent, which seems to work great

I wanted to like this so bad, there’s only a couple positives here. I knew from reading other reviews that I probably wouldn’t love this and I was right. The cordless feature is why I ended up buying this, convenience. The battery life doesn’t last very long if you’re continuously using it for more than 30+ minutes, but it is easy to charge. For me it’s only worth it if it’s on setting eight or nine for heat otherwise you can’t feel much. It stays wrapped around your waist fine, but I prefer to be sitting having something push it further into my back for more heat or laying on the ground. The vibration settings are not really worth it so I don’t use it.

This has helped me SO MUCH with my spine & back pain. I’ve tried many different devices & I find this to actually WORK… It’s easy to put on. Basically you put it on just like a belt, then you push the middle button down to turn on. Then you can push the heat setting on one side and the massager on the next. I’ve had it for a while and I’m pretty impressed with this. Heat level gets pretty high and I need that for my pain but like I said it has many settings so you can have it low or no heat on at all. Plus the same for the massager button. Last a good few hours for me and that’s with it fully on for both the heat and on the full massager.. VERY comfortable to wear! Great find. 🩶❤️

This product worked for a few days or so and then I started noticing that it seemed like it wasn’t lasting as long and I would have to keep turning the button to get it back on, so I thought well maybe somehow there’s an internal timer that I had triggered, but it doesn’t seem so. Then this morning within the first couple weeks of purchasing it I noticed it lasted about 15 minutes and then stopped and was dead. I was going to just do an exchange, but they make it difficult. I have to take it somewhere far away or or the only near place print the label and the box it doesn’t do any of that for you so it can just be scanned and if I get another defective one, I don’t wanna go through all that hassle. I cannot drive so it’s even more of a hassle. What’s really a bummer is for those first days it was great and exactly what I needed. It is rather bulky, but it certainly did the job until it suddenly didn’t. I would have rated a slightly higher if they didn’t make it difficult to return. I don’t even have a printer.
