Assembly was pretty straight forward and it only took about 1.5 hours with one person. I would say the whole unit can be put together by one person, with exception of the griddle top. This flat top cooker is everything and then some that I hoped for. The quality of the craftsmanship is first class - just what I would expect from a Coleman product. All parts fit together and aligned perfectly. Assembly was super easy. I watched the video first then just took it step by step w/ the instructions. Build is very sturdy. Having a big family, I’ve been wanting to get a griddle for a long time to make mealtime a bit quicker. Man, this thing is awesome!! We used it for the first time today to make smash burgers and they came out amazing! Perfect crust and done in minutes. The flavor was out of this world. I was able to make 10, double patty, burgers in about 5 minutes. It take a bit of time seasoning before the first use, so make sure you account for that when you plan to use. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and it was super easy to put together. It is very heavy so plan on having help. We used it to make breakfast on the grill. There was room for home fries, eggs, and bacon, PLUS! So worth the money.
