Ok... I had been looking for a waist trainer to snatch this stomach , and was going on a 30 year high school reunion cruise, so the pressure was definitely on , I had been searching for months, but the prices discouraged me , I came upon this product, the other reviews were good, so I gave it a try and the price was GREAT!!! I cant tell you how many compliments I received on the cruise and since the cruise its a definite game changer. It sucked in this belly which was awesome in itself and I feel right and tight in my snuggie body cons , I actually HATE leaving home without it, SO IM DEFINITLY going to purchase another one. For my big girls like me try it, I don't think you would be disappointed. I LOVE MINE CAUTION: As with ALL waist trainers that have a ZIPPER you will get that stomach caught if you are not CAREFULL, so take my advise go SLOW when putting it on, TAKE MY WORD FOR IT !!!!

Great waist trainer 👌 fits nice , comfy for being a waist trainer, great material and will be ordering again when I need a small one! I did order the 2x base on measurements, im a size 12-14 about 40 inch in waist so the 2x fit perfectly but its been 2weeks since I started wearing it and I'm on the 2nd last hooks! The goal is to need a new one in the next 2 weeks 🙌

I got this in order to make my waist as thin as possible (as much as a waist trainer could possibly manage.) I wasn’t expecting any drastic change or anything. I started off on the first hook and gradually went to the last hook. However, this happened within 1 week. It was difficult even zipping the waist trainer up on the first day, however I was eventually able to make it to the last hook and zip it with ease within a few days. I wore it cknsistently for 2 1/2 months but noticed no difference. I originally opted for a size smaller than normal to encourage change, but I think I may have needed something even smaller (I got the size small, which is the smallest.) Because of this, I’m not expecting any change to my waist size. I’m giving a 4 star rating because I do like the way it shrinks my waist when I wear it (when I take it off my waist returns to its original size.) It’s also really nice quality and is comfortable. I would recommend it for slimming but not for training your waist.

Order one or two sizes bigger than your shirt size. I wear size 14 and Xl in a stretchy style Michael Kors top. You have to size this as if your trying to wear a cotton or satin fabric top without any zippers. Thought ordering XL would work. It did,but barely. It took effort, over the long hall the center would pinch/ bulge because I was on the line for size and need to have gotten 2x. After two workouts, fit me like a glove. Actually works! Knowing it has multiple rows of eyelets.. learn from my mistake 2 sizes from norm. Wear a medium stretchy top and you’ll need to order 2X-3X to have even more easy access and easy to adjust without looking in the mirror and exhaling each breath, just to get Cinched in. It really, does workZ Quality is super durable and would order from again. Looks like the J-Belt that cost $159 starting. Order this quickly. My body is looking like an hour glass. I’m really curvy and want to accentuate my strive for a firm smaller waist. like a current Pinup Girl. Yes Please!

I bought this product twice because of how small it runs, even the second one that I purchased was way too small. The zipper is terrible, it gets jammed and then suddenly zips really quickly. It zipped my skin inside of it, because of this I am now I am now left with a scar. It is not flexible like most waist trainers, It dug into my sides a lot. I would not purchase this. It is unfortunate that I had to waste my money on two of these before realizing how terrible they are.

Buy up a size for comfort. This is not true to size and runs small. It is a sturdy product and I felt secure but I had such massive back fat rolling over from it being too small and too tight it was gross. But it’s secure..and very corset like.

This is the first waist trainer that fits OVER my butt! (R pic) they always stop above or on top and ROLL up. This one is perfect!! It says to choose TRUE size. I got an X-large. I am on the 4th row of hooks so I need a large. Otherwise I love the way this feels and fits!!

I’m 5’4 and 207 lbs and a xl was perfect, it’s alittle snug but thats with me using the second clamp. It helped to use the second clamp to be-able to zip the zipper up since it’s still new and needs to be broken in. I love the material!
