It came with all the needed parts, including the wrench.The black leather with the stitched back makes a beautiful chair. The high back of this chair offers great support for my back. The cushioning is soft and supportive, making my entire back and seat comfortable. One of the great features of this chair is the adjustable lumbar support. It really makes sitting in the chair all day comfortable. Another great feature are the arms that flip up making it easy to slide under a desk or just to get out of your way when you need more room. The wheels on this chair roll effortlessly on my hardwood floor without leaving any marks. All this for less than $200. Great value. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a big comfortable leather desk chair!

The chair was very easy to put together, and all the pieces were there. The build quality was very good because the booklet had all the photos, and all the pieces were marked with a letter, so it made it very easy. The back support works very well, and the tilt and height adjustments are great. It is a comfortable chair, although it does make noise when you move sometimes, which can be a bit embarrassing with the flatulence noise it makes. My boss has one and so do I and I never hear him have the same issue, so it could be how I'm sitting on the edge a lot of times, and that it's leather material? Overall, it looks very professional and is a solid chair.

This is a great quality, sturdy office chair constructed with genuine leather, not the imitation kind, which was one of the reasons why I purchased this office chair. Genuine leather will hold up better overall than imitation leather. The chair came really quickly like within 2 business days so I was impressed with the shipping time. The chair is beautiful, however, you definitely need 2 people to assemble it. The hardest part in assembly is attaching the back section to the seat section. I had to get my husband to assist in attaching the back. Be prepared to get a second person to help you assemble it. The office chair comes with all the bolts and screws and wrench that you need to assemble it. It will probably take between 30-45 minutes to assemble. It also comes with a booklet of easy to understand instructions. Once assembled you can adjust the height, lumbar support, and chair tilt to your desired preference. This is an excellent quality, comfortable, and affordable chair if you have a desk job like me and sit for most of the day in front of a computer. I do recommend this leather office chair. The assembly is the challenge as it comes in sections in the box, and you need a second person to assist in assembly. The chair fully assembled weights 45 lbs and arrives in a large box. One of the best office chairs I have ever used. I do highly recommended.

This is the worst product I’ve purchased from Amazon. First, I was unable to cancel the order before it even shipped. Second, it was the most difficult piece of furniture I’ve put together, ESPECIALLY the last two screws. Third, caps meant to cover the screws don’t fit properly and ended up falling off. Last, the chair’s rocking mechanism doesn’t work, leaving the seat not only locked in place, but even slightly tilted forward, which is uncomfortable. This is not an “ergonomically” designed chair, just a very expensive lumbar pillow at best.

This chair is super comfortable and looks great in my home office. The cushion is thick, and my back feels supported all day. I love the armrests that flip up when I need more space. It rolls smoothly and feels sturdy. Really happy with this purchase. Definitely worth the money!

Made in China. There is no real return policy unless it arrived damaged. The assembly had some challenges with alignment of the holes for screwing it together. The screw cap covers are cheap plastic and could break easily, and need a hammer to get them installed. A 2nd person was needed to sit in the partially assembled chair to help with aligning the holes with the screws. The chair is comfy but the headrest does not go up much, so not as high back as it appears in the ad.
