Features

  • True EMF protection starts with detection. Our emf meter helps you: 1) Find dangerous radiation hotspots in your home/office, 2) Scientifically verify if EMF shielding products actually work by comparing before/after readings, and 3) Continuously monitor protected areas to ensure they stay below the 0.4T safety standard. The smart way to shield - test first with our professional-grade detector for guaranteed results.
  • PRECISE MEASUREMENT: ERICKHILL emf reader built-in electromagnetic radiation sensor displays the radiation value on the clear LCD digital display after processing by a control microchip. It can test magnetic field radiation with optional units mG/T and the electric field with unit V/m. Electric field Range: 1V/m-1999V/m,Alarm threshold: >40V/m.Magnetic field Range:0.01T-99.99T / 0.1 mG - 999.99 mG,Alarm threshold: >0.4T / 4mG.
  • Sound and Light Alarm for High EMF Levels: When the electric field exceeds 40V/m or the magnetic field surpasses 0.4T (4mG), the screen turns red, the indicator light flashes, and the buzzer sounds an alarm to notify you. A mute mode is available for quiet environments.
  • Versatile Applications for Home and Office:Suitable for detecting low-frequency EMF radiation from household appliances, including TVs, computers, microwave ovens, induction cookers, refrigerators, and power lines. It helps identify EMF sources and optimize your environment. This EMF detector is useful for home inspections, workplace safety, and even paranormal investigations.
  • Easy-to-Read LCD with Data Hold. The data hold function allows you to freeze readings for easy recording. The LCD screen ensures clear visibility, even in dark environments. The device automatically powers off after 5 minutes of inactivity to help conserve battery life.

  • Works as expected
Color: Blue
Works as expected. I use it mostly for lower frequency EM detection from power lines or power equipment. An an electrical engineer I don’t see any problems with it. People need to realize its upper frequency limit is 3.5Ghz so it will not detect cellular signals or wifi.

  • Must have for Starlink user!
Color: Blue
I use this to measure the EMF emission from Starlink when in use. This let me know how far I need to stay away from it.

  • A fun wake up call!!
Color: Green
How spot-on is this EMF meter? Hard to say without a calibrated gadget to compare, but it’s been a blast anyway. I bought it to show my kids what happens when we use our phones versus charging them. And wow—make a call or plug it in, and the readings shoot into the red zone in a flash! My kids were stunned, eyes wide. Radiation’s sneaky—you don’t think about it until you see it spike like that. Wandering the house with it is oddly addictive; fridge, Wi-Fi, it catches everything. I can’t swear by every number—most folks don’t have lab gear to test—but as a “hey, check this out” tool, it’s gold. I’d tell anyone to grab one and explore. It’s less about precision, more about sparking curiosity. For us, it’s been spooky, cool, and a great convo starter! ... show more

  • Effective for most residential applications for general safety
Color: Multicolored
i am usually pretty stingy about my reviews but i give this a 5 star because it saved my life. i was using it outside my house and got hit with a severe emf spike and had to seek cover indoors. this also correlates with the exact area where previously i had a serious car accident related to an overheat condition and a broken hood latch. this lead to a line of medical inquiry and tests where I realize i have a severe EMF sensitivity. Also, the level of intensity of these EMF spikes in this area actually have potentially caused the various and frequent electrical issues in my car. From the data gleamed from this device I have began designing better electrical failsafes for my motor vehicle. i dont know how accurate it is. for 80 dollars, it fits what i need perfectly. just a great residential meter for normal people that is straightforward and easy to understand. I have several times forgot to turn my RF off on either my cell phone, or router. This device will pick it up so i can remember to turn them off before going to sleep. Also, I learned how dangerous microwaves can be, and now generally just stay 6 or so feet out of the field strength changes when they are on. Thank you to the engineers who designed this, the company and manufacturers. Very happy customer. ... show more

  • Registers different emfs than my other reader
Color: Blue
Idk..this one was not my favorite. Or maybe the other one I had was not my favorite? My other emf reader would pick up cell tower waves, this one barely registers them so now idk what to believe.. im returning with hopes of finding one we like

  • Interesting (if not Terrifying?) Info
Color: Blue
The media could not be loaded. Certainly one gleans some very interesting information from this meter... but it could be almost terrifying out of context. One of the things I would point out that this product could improve is the DOCUMENTATION. The manual with the product isn't very thorough. (And yes, rare for me: this time I actually DID read the manual provided before proceeding because I didn't know at all how to use it.) But even after reading the manual, all I learned were the parts of the meter and screen items... very little about HOW TO USE or how to APPLY what I learn from using the meter. So, in that gap, I will offer a few basic pointers: - Meter's E-Field relates to the ELECTRIC FIELD detected o Units are in Volts per Meter o Unsafe level tends to be over 40 V/M - Meter's H-Field relates to the MAGNETIC FIELD detected o Units are in micro-Teslas or milli-Gauss o Unsafe level tends to be over 0.4 µT or 4 mG And it must be noted that testing immediately near any radiation/magnetic source like a router, microwave oven, TV, charger, etc isn't the same as testing a "reasonable distance" from these. Danger comes in where the ambient or background levels of EF or MF exceeds these "relatively safe" levels, not where sitting right on top of something. So when you're testing, walk around a bit. Try to put the meter down or prop it up, or place it on a tripod or something (so your body's own ability to conduct interference isn't in the test loop). This little meter is quite good at testing and detecting radiation. The more you KNOW, the more you can PROTECT yourself against risks. One of the BIGGEST OFFENDERS, I learned, was a SUPERSONIC BUG ZAPPER and CO2 sensor thing we have plugged in. It really went off the charts in both Elec and Magnetic Radiation overages!!! ... show more

  • Showed me all the hotspots in our house
Color: Green
I used this on my cellphone, tablet and Kindle, and they showed no radiation in the 'warning' range. However, out walls and electrical outlets show high warnings. I found that my reading chair and computer were already outside of the warning range (for instance, a charging cellphone is in warning range - just move it a foot or more away from you). Bose wi-fi radios show warning ranges even when not on - just sit out of range. I have also since unplugged a power strip under the bed, and am unplugging an extension cord at night that showed warning ranges where my head is on the pillow at night. Very informative for reducing EMF exposure. ... show more
