Ok I feel really dumb writing this because I am SO excited about this thing. 1 - it was SUPER easy to install, I used the plumber's tape and have no dripping. 2 - I don't know what the one reviewer was talking about no pressure, but this thing seems to have great pressure. 3 - It is SUPER easy to use, the cord is flexible and long enough. I am not sure yet about the hard water filtering properties, but after one shower I think maybe my hair is softer? Can't be sure. But given that I spent 3x the amount of money for a brand-name hand-held shower head just a few months ago (brand with a magnetic attachment, rhymes with Shmelta!) and that thing seriously sucked, I am elated to have this shower head! I don't write many reviews but this thing...oh my gosh I had to. I was only looking for a showerhead that could soften and clean my water, mostly for my hair which felt dry and brittle from the hard water. What I got however was not only cleaner and softer water but also a powerful exhilarating shower experience. And I no longer need to rinse my hair forever to get the soap out. My hair feels so soft and fuller than it's ever been but the water pressure is incredible! Also, the button on top that turns sprays the water out in a straight line for washing down the shower walls and glass (and for my dog's bath) is ingenious! I bought the Cobbe showerhead on Amazon. It's title was high pressure. Definitely not high pressure and after one month of use,it is leaking. Perhaps their other products are better based on the reviews. Or maybe I got a bad one.

Installed in the master shower. Took about 10 minutes. Most of the time spent on taking the old shower head off. We have hard water in Texas. With the new head, the soap lathers easier. My hair feels better. Will see how long the difference lasts.
