    • Cool Rainfall Showerhead
We are in the process of rehabbing a (soon to be) beautiful, old house I have been blessed to inherit. My husband did the first bathroom in the basement first because it was actually in the best condition and he used a rainfall showerhead in there, which is absolutely dreeeeeamy. I love, love, love that shower. Everything about it is great and showering in there is a very luxurious experience. It has great water pressure and being under that stream feels like a massage. The only drawback is that its an overhead shower and my hair often gets wet (my husband is 6'4" and he put it up pretty high) so I was looking forward to trying out this rainfall showerhead which also has a handheld sprayer. This model is an interesting color, bluish black. If you have a blue bathroom or navy blue tile accents, this would probably look awesome in your bath. It also has a rectangular base instead of a square (like I have in my small bathroom) or even round one (like I've seen in hotels) which is also interesting. Its made of plastic and not metal and the little jets are very wide and pronounced which made me think the water pressure might be overwhelming. But that was not the case. The stream from this shower head is "mushy" and very low pressure. The handheld sprayer is a little bit better but not really. That has low pressure as well. It wasn't a good fit for our bathroom so I will be gifting it to a friend. I give it four stars because it doesn't leak, it seems well made and I think it was done a disservice by having to come behind our other showerhead which is phenomenal. If you are into the rectangular shape and don't really want strong water pressure, I think you will like this showerhead. ... show more

It's "ok", not good, not exactly bad. It's very cheaply made with mostly plastic, and the paint is very easy to chip. It's already chipping with just normal daily use and no drops. It attaches firmly but is wobbly, not that i fear it'll fall, but it just adds to the cheap feeling. The hand wand attaches via a holder you stick to your wall. Not a fan of this, as it means sticking a rather unattractive holder to my wall. This is not a showerhead you want in a nice looking bathroom, it just looks cheap and tacky. But if your bathroom is old, private, or in a rental this isn't downright ugly, so it'll be fine there. The rain showerhead is just ok. It's rectangular shaped, and lets just say there's a reason most other rain showerheads are square. The water also comes out uneven due to an odd design, and it's weak pressure overall. The handheld is a bit large for a hand wand, but that's not a huge deal. It has several settings that should suit whatever your tastes/needs are. I got it for free, and it's ok. Coming from a showerhead that was ready to go it didn't really set the bar high. I wouldn't recommend spending even the $70 on it, you can find better looking and functioning showerheads in Target or Walmart for less. Plus most of those come from known brands who have lifetime warranties. This brand claims to offer a 1 year warranty, but doesn't respond when you try contacting them, so in practice it doesn't have one at all. ... show more

    • First shower, I was in love...and then
This was super easy to install, just like most shower heads. The company provided plumber's tape to make the seals good. The first shower I had, I was in LOVE. I've never enjoyed a shower like that one. In all fairness, I've never used a system like this either. Starting with the second shower (honeymoon phase was over?) It seemed to have less pressure and certainly didn't feel as nice. By far the worst feature about this unit is the hanger for the handheld portion. This thing is just "glued" to your wall. It also doesn't seem to hold the head well. You have to really press on the head to get it to stay in the cradle. Overall I still like the unit but outside of that first shower, I'd go back to my old one in a heartbeat. ... show more

    • Very nice matte black finish!
First thing to note the handheld sprayer is a bit smaller than what I was led to believe in the pictures and this is a plus... I was worried the sprayer would be huge. The kit comes with an articulating arm to mount the rain showerhead and fits my current setup without any adapters needed. Another note, the rain showerhead is rectangular and I'm honestly used to large squares. It's not a con, just attention to details is important. Keep in mind the mount for the handheld is a adhesive base with a plastic hook where you place the actual mount onto it. As the sprayer is pretty light it should hold good but make sure you alcohol clean the surface before mounting it. Be VERY careful when installing this, the black paint finish can be damaged during installation. Overall an excellent shower head and I highly recommend it for price and quality. ... show more
