Here’s how we use it: • Put a tablet in a floating dispenser, set to the lowest setting • One tablet lasts 2–3 weeks in the hot tub • We remove it when needed, stretching the tablet to last a month or more Since switching, the water has stayed crystal clear — we haven’t changed any other chemicals except maybe the filters. Honestly, I’d estimate at least 50–75% of the improved clarity comes from this product alone. If you want easier, longer-lasting sanitation without constantly fussing with powder, this is a simple, effective solution. I’ve been using the Clorox Pool & Spa XtraBlue Chlorinating Tablets for a while now, and I’m very satisfied with the results. The tablets dissolve slowly and keep the chlorine levels stable, which saves me time and effort. They really help keep the water crystal clear and free from algae. The tablets were wrapped Individually. I liked that, there are ten 3 inch tablets, in total more than I expected. The price was reasonable and the chlorine works perfectly for my above ground pool. It keeps the pool clean and free from algae. They last a week which is good. The size is perfect for my floater.

These are truly the best chlorine tabs I've ever used 25 years! But in the last two deliveries, the wrapped tabs were all broken up within the wrappers. The wrappers were slightly opened so there was dust everywhere when adding to the chlorinator, and small pieces dissolve too quickly.

I tried other chlorine tablets and they didn't seem to work as well, especially keeping the water sparkling clean. I went back to the Clorox brand and it made a big difference. Fortunately, they went on sale and I purchased a few of them to last me a while.

These tablets are easy to use and keep your water clean and clear. I would say the better value is the bigger tub, especially in summer when you’re going through more chlorine. The hotter it is, the quicker they dissolve, so the smaller tub may be better in winter.
