First one lasted 2 years. Then he started to get a crack in his neck. He'd take on water, and I'd empty him from time to time. Then life was just too much for the little guy. I found him on the bottom of the pool. Now we're on turtle #2. ❤️🐢

This is the most expensive $19 mistake we have ever bought! We have bought this same turtle for years and most recently replaced it in March. It completely damaged our BRAND NEW pool liner that we just bought & installed, also in March. Over a thousand dollars down the drain because of this product. It sunk to the bottom of the pool causing the liner to be bleached from the chlorine, and pool owners know that wont last long in the Florida sun. At first we thought maybe we did something wrong and were kicking ourselves In the butt for the damage. We took the tablet out, made sure everything was tightened together correctly and put it back in the pool. Sure enough it was not our doing, it was a defective product that caused more damage!!! Even if this company were to send a refund for the turtle, that doesn’t help the thousand dollars we just spent on a new pool liner that is now damaged because of their product.

I don’t know that I foresee this lasting long. So far it’s “floating”. I put five 3 inch pucks in it cause that filled it to the top. I have a 24 foot pool so I need it to be full. The duck part is mostly submerged. Not impressed so far. I’ll probably have to go to the pool store and just buy one there
