You definitely get a lot for the money with this 50-pound bucket. The tablets work pretty well for regular pool maintenance, dissolve slowly, and being individually wrapped makes them easier to handle and store. In my experience, BioGuard tablets give me better and more consistent results, but they also cost quite a bit more. If you want the absolute best performance, I would go with BioGuard. I looked into Amazon the tablets were priced= 50 pounds for $159 and it was delivered to my door. The price with excellent and I didn't have to spend any gas going to purchase it.
