Clorox Pool&Spa XtraBlue Chlorinating Tablets go the extra mile to help maintain healthy pool water. These multi-functional tablets work hard to keep your water clear from both bacteria and unsightly algae. Each tablet dissolves slowly and contains stabilizer for a long-lasting clean. The XtraBlue Formula protects your surfaces from scale and corrosion, and includes conditioners that make your water feel silky smooth. Maintaining 1-4 ppm of Free Chlorine is critical to keeping water clean and suitable for swimming. Use weekly in skimmers, feeders or floaters. Always apply chemicals per label directions. Circulating pool water when applying chemicals helps disperse chemicals throughout the pool for maximum coverage.

Be a smarter person then me and read the sizes. I was able to get it to work. So for my family the value for my money was great. It floated it my floater and once I figured out how to make them small (used a hammer and smashed them) it was very easy to use.

I was pleasantly surprised to see each tablet was individually wrapped. This keeps them from losing their potency while sitting outside. The container is like Fort Knox to get into though. You have to rip the edge off to get the lid open, but also lift the tab to get the lid open. You have to be careful when opening because these tabs are powerful. The chlorine content is the best. They are the best to keep my pool blue and clean. I wish they were cheaper but they work so I can't complain. I put these in the hopper and these don't float. ... show more
