This was super easy to apply and the color turned out very even. Faded a bit (in a good way) over the next week so it wasnā€™t as gold at the top where my roots were. I have medium brownish dirty blonde hair naturally. Overall, Iā€™m impressed! Cute ashy dark blonde for winter.

If you are naturally blonde like me and your hair LIFTS highlights within 5 minutes (yes I wish it wasnā€™t true) then donā€™t leave on for 25 minutes. I left this on for about 12 minutes in hopes that my light hair would turn darker. If I left this on for the whole time my head wouldā€™ve turned grey. You will be able to see what it does so stay by the shower. (If your hair lifts or colors quickly). I would say because I have very long thick hair I needed to buy 2 bottles but it did turn a darker shade. Not as dark as I wanted but definitely helped a lot. If you are like me and look very pale in the winter/spring going darker is always better. Keep an eye on it if you are going from very light blonde. I was a 10 and would say Iā€™m now a 9ā€¦which is fine. Only reason not to give 5 stars is because it doesnā€™t colorā€¦at least for meā€¦ to the correct shade. My hair is still a little damp but this should give a good idea of what to expect :) Xx ... show more
