This is the first time I used clairol ! & I must say, I loved the quality & gentleness of the product. I have very sensitive scalp & I didn’t feel any burning sensation after keeping it more than half hour on my scalp. Also after multiple washes, the color remains brownish! Instead of leaving an orange color, which doesn’t look nice & you have to keep using purple shampoo to maintain it!

I have always used Revlon light golden brown and was very happy with it but it was not available and i tried this brand, well my hair is almost jet black, there must have been a mix up with the color and the box??? so here I am stuck with this awful looking hair for a few weeks until I can color it again with my usual. I'm 65 and as most people know super dark hair on older people looks really harsh, so I'm staying home until this mess is fixed.
