Great pigmentation but left my hair pretty damaged feeling not super soft. My hair had been previously bleached tho so that might be why so I can’t say if that was the product alone. Color was spot on though

I’ve used this color for many years now & always get compliments. But the greater that I get, the longer that I have to leave it on before I rinse it out. It also doesn’t last as long as it did when I was less grey. But I think that all of the brands are similar in that respect.

Did not dye my light brown hair. The developer bottle was out of shape as if it was smashed (but the box wasn’t, probably not sitting in the proper temperatures). I have used this brand for years but I have never purchased it from Amazon and I never will again 😂

I've never used this hair dye before but I can definitely say I like it, i usually use lorele hair dye so this was a first and I can say I have zero regrets, after dying my hair I had 0 hair loss nor damage my hair felt really soft and moisturized after dying it and it didn't feel damage I think it's been a month or two since dying it and it's holding up really nicely.
