The media could not be loaded. I have a fullsize chainsaw which I've always found scary to use. I also have a reciprocal saw which is less scary but vibrates a heck of a lot. So I've been interested in these little mini chainsaws I've been seeing in ads. This little handheld chainsaw is a very good alternative to the reciprocal saw for small jobs in the garden. It's ideal for things like cutting down pruned limbs to make them fit into the green bin or the chipper. Getting a nice clean cut requires holding the saw firmly so it doesn't chatter. The saw is very light and doesn't stress my hand, arm or shoulder. I would use this for limbs that are a bit tool thick for the lopper. I wouldn't use it for pruning a limb from the trunk of a shrub or tree, because I found it a bit difficult to get a clean cut close to the trunk. But this tool will save me a lot of time and sore muscles. It was easy to put together--despite very minimal instructions, which are typical for devices you buy online. I like that it has two extra chains and doesn't include any extra stuff I don't need, like gloves. It comes in a very nice carrying case. Unfortunately, you have to take it all apart to fit it into the case, so I'll probably just leave it loose with my other garden tools.

This is an absolute steal & I love it! We are constantly cutting up trees that have fallen & I hate using a big chainsaw for smallish branches, this one is the best! Incredibly easy to put together and use! The carrying case is great and I love that it comes with an extra blade because I’ll definitely need one! Would buy again or buy as gift!

This little gadget is incredibly simple to assemble and use! It's lightweight and does exactly what I need. I have a lot of nasty bushes and hedges next to my driveway that will grow out beside the car and if not dealt with, the thorns can get caught on clothes or scratch the car – this mini chainsaw took care of them with ease!

Works well! I had wanted a Makita mini chainsaw but it was not in the budget. This one seems to work really well and is affordable. I can do fast pruning without pulling out the yard pruners and shears. The quality of this unit is good. It has a similar look and feel to my Makita cordless tools (Makita are all made in China), and to my delight my 18 V makita lxt lithium batteries fit this saw and work! The 2 batteries supplied have their own charger and I've done a fair amount of trimming and haven't needed more than the two supplied batteries to keeping going without a charge, but I do have my Makita batteries, but haven't needed them! Bottom line, it rips through brush and medium branches without pause; has all the accessories and a case; and is very handy getting into tight spaces so I’m happy with this item. The cons? None so far.

It was easy to assemble. Instructions don't give you any instructions except how to put it together. There is a small bottle of oil. I assume for the chain? I was excited to get it. I opened it & it is Small. I know it is for a pruner, but it wouldn't cut thru half inch branches without alot of force. I could have sawed it faster😊 It's a nice little saw for tiny projects possibly.

I have started to clear a trail in the woods behind my house and I brought my weed trimmer back there to clear the way but it wasn't enough to cut through some of the branches and small trees. I have been wanting to try a battery chainsaw for a while but haven't had a reason to. I have used this a few times and it really does work well. The battery is plenty for what I need it for and it is powerful enough to cut through what I need to clear a path. I link that this comes in a carrying case, both for storage and portability.
