For the price, I'm VERY disappointed in my experience with the Triple Lift 4000. I'm sure there are pricier options out there, but there are definitely cheaper ones as well and figured this would be a much appreciated addition to my garage of decent quality. Wrong on all accounts Short Story: The lift jammed up after its FIRST practical use having owned it for a few weeks (first time actually using it to lift my bike). The handle will not turn counter-clockwise to loosen and the lift will not lower, it is stuck in the raised position. Saw another review complaining of this same issue though they got a year of use first. Had to heft my bike off of the lift to get it down (thankfully it is a light dual sport). Several emails to customer service and unreturned voicemails to customer support over the span of a month - the company has been worthless in resolving the issue Long Story: Purchased the Triple Lift to knock out several projects on my Yamaha XT550, a few involving the front end. In function, a lift like this is great and I found the bike very stable and easy to move around the garage once it was ratchet strapped down. When the jack first came, I tested it out and it moved up and down as expected - no different than any other floor jack I've used. Once I lifted the bike up on the jack I placed the included metal safety rod to lock the lift in place and I lowered the jack slightly down so that it would rest the weight of everything on the metal rod. Worked on the bike over two weeks, loved having the bike elevated and in a neutral position - definitely nicer than bending over to get at things. Once the projects were done I tightened the handle (clockwise), raised the bike up an inch or so to remove the metal safety rod, started to turn the handle counter-clockwise to lower everything and....nothing. The handle would not turn and the bike was stuck up in the air! Thankfully my bike is under 350 lbs and I was able to heft it off the stand even in an elevated position - if I'd been using this to lift a car up or a much heavier motorcycle, would have been a real headache. Reached out to the company by email and waited a few days, received a response that the message was being forwarded to customer support....and then nothing. I followed up directly to the provided customer support email as well. Nothing still. Called the support phone line that goes directly to voicemail, left messages, nothing. No response. All of these communication attempts have been over the span of a month now, and not a word. In the end I was able to return the lift to Amazon minus a restocking fee, thankfully the return was allowed beyond the typical time window due to how unhelpful Powerbuilt has been. I'll definitely be looking at similar lift options from other companies in the future as the overall function made working on my bike great, but I find the entire experience overall inexcusable and would warn away anyone else considering this brand

Wow. Nothing like getting all hyped up to fix my car — I had the box open, tools ready, gloves on, feeling like a certified weekend mechanic — only to realize this floor jack came WITHOUT the lower handle you need to actually operate it. Imagine standing over a jack, sweating, staring at it like a caveman discovering fire... except the fire doesn’t work because someone forgot the matches. I was out there looking like Doctor Strange trying to levitate my car with pure willpower. Spoiler alert: didn’t work. Super disappointed. Great jack in theory, but unless you’ve got super strength or telekinesis, you’re gonna need that handle. Would’ve been five stars... now it’s just sitting in the garage reminding me of my broken dreams and ball joint.

First: Whether it was fedex or Alltrade this jack showed up in a box that was destroyed. the only thing that was holding it together were a couple of straps around it. After opening it there were missing parts that I am sure fell out during transport. The jack itself is what you would imaging when you first pull it out and set it up, but once you start using it you you soon find out that the construction is horrific. The first time I used this jack it was on a small transmission that only weighed about 100lbs. As I was trying to pull the transmission out from under the vehicle the turning casters wouldn't rotate around and I ended up having to drag it out with the casters turned sideways, tearing up my garage floor. Now the only way I can get the casters going in the direction I need them to is to physically rotate them with my hands. When using the wide platform this jack has some nice rubber pieces that help protect what you are lifting, however the glue they used doesn't seem to be up to par. After one use they both fell off. I have had this jack for about 6 months now and have used it twice, once on the transmission listed above and the other to drop and raise a gas tank. When raising the gas tank, maybe 200lbs, I heard a pop and then hydraulic fluid started leaking out the bottom. All in all, I would not recommend this product. The price is good but since I haven't even put serious weight on this and now I wouldn't trust it with any serious weight, it has just become a waste.

Had a high priority lift to make, for a high priority customer - and this jack was the correct tool for the job. Turns out though, that the facility in Phoenix AZ where the jack originated from has a problem with quality assurance. The jack arrived two days prior to the lift and the box looked like it had been dragged behind the UPS truck instead of riding inside of it. Primary handle parts were missing; believe they are scattered between AZ and NV - not a very long distance. It looked like something that a different customer had returned incomplete and that was forwarded, unprepared and in a damaged state, to us. Finding and buying a replacement jack cost me and my team two days, and a lot of money and stress. Save your time and money; Tractor Supply carries this same jack IN STOCK at most locations. Like I said, the Powerbuilt 620422E Heavy Duty 4000 lb Triple Lift Jack is a great unit - especially when you have ALL of the parts to operate it with.

This jack will not roll under my 2018 Harley Davidson Street Glide. I cannot recommend this unit for Harley Davidson owners. Unfortunately my window has closed or I would return this unit.
