Pump is a joke, it may as well not be included. Picture shows Blue pump purchased at Party City Pink was the tiny useless one included in this kit. Did not effectively blow up balloons at all. It is nearly impossible to blow up this type of balloon without a pump.

Balloons are great for purposes, did notice a few had microscopic holes that you don’t really notice until you try to pump it and it either deflated or pops. Still fun to use.
