The best cookware I have ever used! And for someone who has cooked most everyday for the past 40+ years, that's really saying something. These are strong, sturdy, even-heating and even stylish (which I never thought I would say about cookware). I have had this set about 2 months, which I used to replace the MasterClad set my husband bought for me at Costco (which was twice the price). Since we are whole-plant vegan, I cook every single day. Unlike other non-stick cookware, you do not have to continually "season" these with oil, and the food frees up easily. You can actually use metal utensils without a care (I don't think it's possible to scratch them). As an example of their durability, yesterday I accidentally left rice pudding on the stove for several hours. We came home to that sickly stench of burned starch and sugar. The food had become a solid mass, about 75% of it black. YUK! Because of the silicon handle, I was easily able to pick it up the pot and transfer it off the burner. When it had cooled a bit I filled it with water. After only about 10 minutes I decided to see if it would be at all possible to salvage the pot. I used a regular soup spoon to scrape and lift the burned food out of the pot, then a few small scrubs with the plastic scrubby and it was GOOD AS NEW! You absolutely can't tell there had been a disaster. I LOVE THESE POTS!! UPDATE: So I have owned these pots about a year and a half now, and they were definitely showing wear - the non-stick coating was wearing off and they had scratches from using metal utensils (which they say is allowed). But the pans have a lifetime guarantee, so I went to their website and complete a claim form for five of the pots (which includes photos). The interaction with Customer Service was excellent. They got back to me right away telling me the form had been accepted and was being reviewed, but that it would take 2-4 weeks for them to review and process it. I thought they would weasel out of it. Instead, only 5 DAYS LATER I received a COMPLETELY NEW SET OF PANS delivered to my front door!!!!!!! I am definitely impressed and delighted! ... show more

    • Even, non-stick cooking & easy clean-up

I have a set of stainless steel pans, so I wanted a set of non-stick ones, but I really hate teflon. These are awesome! My kitchen is dark brown and very light blue, so these pans compliment that, too - though to be honest, the pans themselves are VERY dark brown, so they almost always look black, even in my well-lit kitchen. The handles are visibly brown, though. They heat up very quickly and evenly, and the non-stick surface is awesome! Nothing sticks to the insides, except around the rivets for the handles. They're easy to clean, too. I like how the set comes with a 3 quart pot, which is the size I end up using most often. I only have a few complaints: I wish the smallest pot came with a lid, I wish there was a smaller stockpot included in the set - something larger than the 3 quart but smaller than the 8 quart, since that's a pretty hefty jump in pot sizes, and the handles get hot while cooking (I have a gas stove). I'm glad I have another set of pans to supplement, but I like these so much better! I'm considering buying some additional pieces that are sold separately, but considering what I paid for this set (I got an awesome deal!), buying single pieces is very expensive. ... show more

These work GREAT! We remodelled our kitchen and put in an induction stove top. Originally purchased another brand and it was frustrating trying to perfectly align the pots and pans for the stove top to stay on. For the smaller pot, we could never get it to work. Order these and they all work great. We don't have to have the pot/pan in just the right place for the induction to sense it so now we can cook with ease. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Great pots, but not for egg whites

Instead of remodeling our kitchen we remodeled our pots. Much cheaper. These are as good as everyone says in the reviews. My only complaint is that when I attempted to fry egg whites (without a non-stick spray, as directed), the eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan. (The pan makes scrambled eggs fine, as long as you move the eggs around on the pan while frying.) The pan left a coating of egg white on the bottom of the pan. I could not remove the cooked egg whites in one piece as usual. They came out scrambled. I set the pan aside before washing and the whites came loose by themselves. The pan cleaned easily with a paper towel. I've attached a picture to show the cooled pan. I have no explanation for this strange result. So now I will continue to use my old frying pan with a non-stick spray for my egg whites. Other than that we love the pots and pans. The non-stick feature works with everything else we've cooked, so far. If we run into any other issues with this set I will post an update. Overall, a worthwhile purchase. ... show more

These are amazingly great quality. Holding up well with daily use, and still look brand-new. LOVE this non-stick more than any I’ve ever had! Everything simply rinses off! I’ve never had to “scrub” to remove cooked-on food. I use on gas cooktop and an induction cooktop. One tiny annoyance is that the handles have a little divot/hole at the end that collects water in the dishwasher, so I’ve learned to have a towel ready to dry that part out. Oh, and the color is really nice too. Will buy a second set soon. ... show more

I received these pans this week. I did a lot of research before buying. After reading some bad reviews, I held my breath while waiting for them to arrive. I have only used them a few times, but they seem to be excellent quality. They are solid, some people say heavy - I don’t consider them to be excessively heavy. I had a cast iron pan that I could not use because it was too heavy. These are not that heavy - just solid. I had many pots and pans that were warped. It would take excessive heat for these to warp. What made me most comfortable about buying these pans is the warranty and what other buyers said about the company fulfilling the warranty. If I have problems in the future, I will change my review. ... show more
