The only reason I replaced it is because the black inlay started to come out, but that is because I am constantly fitdgeting with it. The original I bought in 2020 measured 29mm/41mm. Although the first order never arrived through Amazon I re-ordered and it arrived on time. I love it! It's got a nice, thick BLACK chain and the pendant looks awesome in red-on-black! I will wear this as my Ozzy tribute! Would definitely recommend and I may purchase another as a "just in case".
