We ordered 4 of these, and put three together easily. The holes were drilled backwards on one part, therefore we can't assemble the final chair. I reached out to seller and was ignored. Weโre moving into a new house and wanted upholstered swivel stools for our island. We found several that we liked at a local furniture store but all were over $400 and would take months to be delivered. We order these barstools and received them in just a few days. My husband had no issues putting them together. The stools are comfortable enough and I like the swivel. The fabric is not a solid gray and has some darker specks in it.

The chairs look very nice. Swivel is also good but the foot rest on all four side are at different levels which makes it very uncomfortable when you turn around. Assembly level was medium. Not easy, not too complicated, it took some time. All in all an OK buy for this price. But would have given 5 stars if the footrest were at the same level, deducted one star for the discomfort.

Faux leather doesn't look very durable. Seats are deeper than expected, don't fit properly where they are placed. The shape is nice, the legs could be more stylish...dark and blocky. They squeak when turned for a sort of cheap or rugged feel. The seat foam is not durable. It became depressed after a couple of weeks. Worth 2-3 years of use, nothing more. I expect to need to replace them in 3 years, max.

We shopped around for months and decided on these after having an inventory issue with our first choice from another company. Shipping was quick, arriving within a week. Assembly took at least 30 minutes per bar stool. All the parts were nicely packed and arrived in good condition. One leg was missing the metal piece at the very bottom for the foot leveler, which we discovered at the very end of assembly. After contacting customer support, Chita replied immediately that they sent a replacement leg. Advice on assembly; we found it easier to drill pilot holes into the cross-bar rail pieces as the long screws were a challenge and very tight to screw flush into the solid wood of the legs. There are specs of color in the fabric that blend well with our other furniture. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and find them to be comfortable, sturdy, and look nice in our kitchen.
