This was a Christmas gift for my son. He spent hours putting it together and then it didn’t work. We charged the battery, tried replacing the remote AA batteries, no luck. It smelt like burnt plastic, like the wires inside overheated somehow when we initially connected the wires. I offered to exchange it but after all the work it took to put it together, my son is not interested and just really disappointed. (So am I for a toy that cost me over $50) Update: great customer service. The seller responded to my issue and offered to replace or refund me. Above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and to make it right. Updated rating from 2 stars to 4.
