The CHARD Dual Tank Deep Fryer gives you double the capacity and twice the power for your cooking needs. Twin 1500 Watt Heating elements provide a top cooking temperature of 375°F. The separate tanks allow you to heat your oil faster and recover quicker between batches. Large dial thermostats allow for quick and easy temperature adjustments which provide a full range of cooking options. Illuminated Power and Ready lights indicate when the heating elements are on and when the oil is ready for cooking. The heating elements and electrical controls can be disassembled from the rest of the fryer for easy clean up. Dual 3.0 Liter (6.0 Liter total) cooking tanks keep foods separate and can cook multiple batches at one time, ensuring your meal is hot and ready at the same time. The non-stick 3.0 Liter cooking tanks are removable for easy clean up and are coated steel which provides durability. The steel cooking/strainer baskets come with built-in drain hooks to ensure quick and easy draining before serving and have folding handles which conveniently store inside the baskets when not in use. The magnetic break-away power cords add a level of safety while cooking and store easily inside the cooking/strainer baskets during storage.     • Fish and chicken all at once!
I absolutely love this deep fryer I can cook chicken on one side and fish on the other at the same time however when I took it to my mother's house to use during a cook out she was cooking hot wings on both sides and her lights were going out she lives in a fairly new house but for some reason the deep fryer was tripping her electrical breaker box With both sides in use. I didn't have that problem at my house though. When the unit is filled to the Max fill line it takes about 12 or 13 minutes for it to heat up to the 350 degrees mark. It cooks a basket full of fish and about out 16 to 20 minutes depending on how crispy you want it and it cooks a basket full of chicken in about 22 to 26 minutes depending on how crispy you want it. We like our chicken crispy so we will sometimes cook it for about 30 minutes to get that extra crispiness. We usually cook with the unit unit on 340 to 350ﾟ. ... show more

I can't tell you what I like about it, because it broke the third time I used it. It's defective, and I am unable to get a refund. You don't use a deep fryer every week. I fry everything. Probably pay for that in my later years lol. But I have been through my share of fryers. I love this one. Good size and great to cook wings and fries simultaneously. Use it all the time. Not disappointed. Happy frying to you!

I had a fry daddy but got tired of having to change the oil when after frying fish and now wanting to fry chicken. The dual reservoir is just what you'll need. I use one side for frying chicken products and the other for seafood. This unit is perfect.. This will make a perfect fathers day gift!
