I received this "Cervical Neck Pillow for Pain Relief - Contour Memory Foam Bed Pillow with Cooling Pillowcase, Ergonomic Orthopedic Support for Side Back Stomach Sleepers" - I've used a pillow nearly identical to this for about a year, but it was time to replace with a new one. I get terrible migraines from regular pillows and the pillow I was using provided a lot of relief from the strain put on my neck. I thought this would do the same as it looks incredibly similar, but it hasn't. In fact, it's contributed to my symptoms. I do appreciate the silky, cooling cover - it's very soft and comfortable. But I've tried sleeping with both sides of the pillow for about 2 weeks and it's not a great fit for me personally. The quality is there, though, and I think it's just my unique circumstance.

I have been having upper back pain pretty consistently for the past couple of years and all the doctors can tell me is that it is muscular. I tried abunch of different pillows but none really seemed to help. I figured I might as well give this one a try since it is a very different design than I have ever seen before. The pillow itself is soft and comfortable. The design allows me to sleep on my side and be very comfortable. I found the materials used to be of very high quality and have discovered relief to my pain now that I have been using it for several weeks. This is a very functional pillow that provides pain relief, and at a significant value for the cost.

I have another one of these pillows from another vendor but this one is really soft in comparison. I was expecting a similar firmness and was pleasantly surprised. My neck is typically sore from working a desk job. Now that I think of it, this pillow has made a difference in my sleep. I can personally say that it is comfortable for me as a side sleeper. I put a king sized pillowcase on mine because I don't have any spare queen size cases, and it works just fine! The cover on it is easily removable and can be washed. I will be using this pillow for a while. I'll update this review if anything notable occurs.

Pillow is soft but kinda flat and actually made my neck pain worse. If you don’t like a thicker pillow than this might be a good fit for you however if you like a thicker pillow like I do then this pillow might not be for you. Overall all it’s a nice pillow. I improvised and I use it as a nice back cushion or cushion to sit on when I’m working with my sublimation printer. Can be used for other purposes besides the neck.

I am so sad this pillow didn’t work for me. It is SO comfortable and I have had the best sleep with it. However, I have TMJ and sleeping with this pillow on my side puts enough pressure on my massater muscle that by the first morning I was very sore and after the second night I was having spasms. I went back to my sad deflated pillow and had no pain in the morning. I rotated the pillow 180 degrees to see if that height would change the position and not cause me TMJ issues, but was back to having spasms after one night again. No fault of the pillow, just my own condition making it not work for me. I would recommend for anyone who doesn’t have TMJ issues, but caution those who have it to consider another option. I have been looking at these pillows for several months and this one was a really good deal compared to others. Again, so comfortable, just not for me. My husband is excited to have it instead and finds it very comfortable.

I've been using this pillow for about three weeks now and am pleasantly surprised. I've used cervical support pillows for years and since mine was ready for replacement, I decided to try this one. At first, I was pretty skeptical because it seemed too soft compared to others I've had. However upon use, I find it very comfortable and as supportive as I need for my neck with disc issues. I'm not waking with a sore neck as I had been. It did require some airing out time before use for the odor but it's fine after a couple of days. I am a little baffled by the "wings" on it as they don't seem to facilitate any of my side or back sleeping positions any better than a traditional shaped pillow. Overall though, I'd recommend this pillow, especially at this price which is significantly less than what I've paid for similar pillows in the past.
