I originally bought a pair of these pillows to replace some old yellow "traditional stuffed" pillows I have had for probably ten years. Bought them a few months ago just to test them out before buying more, as I had four total pillows I wanted to replace. I was impressed! Whatever they are filled with seem to bounce back to their original shape, even after sleeping on them for over a month. Whenever I've purchased pillows in the past from retailers with brand names (calvin klein, ralph lauren, etc) they seem to only keep their shape for a few weeks before developing some sort of lumps and the filling gets displaced. The Viewstar pillows are very poofy and they bounce back to their shape within seconds of lifting your head off of them. I'm a side sleeper and am used to sleeping with two pillows. I tried this out for about a week with these pillows, but realized it's too poofy and my head angle is a bit too high for comfort. It's like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. Haha. So, now I'm just using one. When switching to just one, it seemed like the pillow was flattening out. But no, it has always bounced back even after a month. So, I give this 4 stars because I'm sure there are better memory foam pillows out there. And my only complaint is that it's not a PERFECT height for my head when sleeping on my side. Ideally, I wish I could sleep on one and a half of these. But, I liked them so much that I bought another pair to replace the other two pillows on my bed. Now I have four brand new pillows that I like. They don't get hot, they keep their shape, and they're pretty comfy. Can't beat these for the same price you would pay for pillows that get lumpy over time. ... show more

Just like Goldilocks I like things just right! I don't like a pillow that is too hard or too soft and these pillows fit the bill! We are both in our 70s and have bought quite a few pillows in our day. I like my pillow a little on the softer side and he likes his pillows firm. These pillows are perfect for both of us! I cannot remember and neither can he having such good sound deep sleep! We like these pillows so much that I bought two more and put them in the pillow sham covers, this way if the pillows ever do go, we will have two more! I could go on and on about these pillows but I'm going to finish with, just buy them and see for yourself! ... show more

After it is unpacked it grows into a large, fluffy pillow. Barely fits a standard pillow case esp if it’s envelope style. It’s comfortable, looks good on the bed and seems well made. If you are a one pillow sleeper, like med density, this would work. If you like mult pillows, this is too big. You could double these up under the head. B/C of size/firmness these are not “huggy” pillows. My two kids really liked them ... show more

I bought a pair of these pillows in Queen size because they were significantly less than the Standard sized ones. I've been using them for a little over a month. They seem to be holding up fairly well but I can definitely see where the middle of the pillow is starting to form an impression of where I usually have my head when I'm lying on my back. I also sleep on my side, and the pillows are comfortable both on my back and sides. The one thing I would warn about is that the pillows are quite warm. My head sinks a bit into the pillow and as such it often feels like I'm sleeping on a heated surface, like a warming mat or heated blanket. I waited several weeks B4 writing this because I always want to give a product a chance to perform. Anyway, these pillows are the perfect size and thickness for my head and neck. I have no idea if they're going to be good for yours. Only 4 stars because after a few weeks I kept getting this weird offensive petroleum off gassing smell. I sprayed with Febreeze and that worked for one night. I'm not going to do that every night. I'll leave them on the other side of the bed because they only smell when in my face. Cats don't seem bothered by it, so they get to have soft fluffy pillows to lounge on. And no, I'm not poisoning my cats. When they find something offensive smelling, they rip it to shreds. So maybe my nose is just sensitive to this particular odor. Too bad, because these were VERY comfortable. Ah well, life goes on. ... show more

My husband and I love these pillows! No more neck pain when I wake up in the morning. The support is just right. I ordered the queen size pillow but they look more like king which is fine, but queen pillow cases won’t fit. You’ll need a king size pillowcase. Sleep tight!

My old pillows were too small for the pillowcases - these solve that problem BUT the fit is tight. I like how the pillows look when the bed is made because the pillows are long enough to reach the edge of the mattress. The pillows are a nice density. Good for reading in bed but also good for side sleepers. I think these would be too thick for stomach or back sleepers. ... show more

For me, this could very well be the perfect pillow (if it holds up). I've only been using these pillows for a week, but I couldn't be happier. I'm a back sleeper, and these pillows give me plenty of support for my head without being too firm. They are very comfortable. I also like that they are cool, and that's been great since temperatures have been running over 100 here this week. I got the queen size, and they're very large. They really filled up the queen pillowcases that I also purchased. I've been getting the best sleep I've had in awhile. I took an out of town trip to visit some friends a couple nights ago and took the pillows with me because I didn't want to sleep without them. Haha. My friends liked them so much they got on Amazon and ordered a set right then. ... show more
