I have spinal stenosis and normally wake up a dozen times throughout the night because of pain and numbness because of my neck issues. I've tried every type of pillow out there, including pillows, specifically made for neck support and still experienced no relief. I slept on this pillow for the first time last night and normally one pillow is never enough, but this pillow was the perfect amount of thickness and support where it was the first time that I slept entire night and didn't wake up to a completely non-barm as I am a side sleeper. First off, let me say that these types of pillows are my go-to over the old polyester filled ones I used to buy. When you combine that and a cooling cover? Sold! With a price-point like this, it was an easy choice. When it arrived it was overstuffed and needed to have a little material removed. Easily done. Then I combined it and a bamboo fabric cooling case and it was the right mix of soft and puffy with good support. I was pleased with the quality of manufacture also, that some pillows I've tried have lacked and allowed stuffing to come out. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised with these pillows and would recommend them to the My Pillow crowd.

Good pillow. Softness is ok. It's not a flat type pillow. Filling seems to be ok so far. Design of the pillow covers are alright. The pillow has two side to it. With a blue tag on one side, that reads cold side, and a green tag on the other side reading bamboo side. The cold side of the pillow case is made of a fabric that reminds me of like a table cover or curtain it's got a weird texture to it that's what makes it cold feeling when you don't lay on it, but that coldness goes away very fast imo. The other side, the bamboo side is a soft snaggy type fabric, which I don't like it that much, so I just use the cold side of the pillow anyways because thats what i wanted in the first place was a cold pillow. The price seems ok for the two pillow so, all en all id say not a bad pillows but not a great pillow either.... update company reached out and was very professional and made this a better. So i will give 4 star because of customer service is top notch.

Have been using them for a good amount of time now and can say that they make my bed soo much more comfy! My old pillows would go flat and I could never get them to re-fluff! These ones do go flat but I just flip them to the other side and they're more fluffy. You can also take out the memory foam to make them as thick or thin as you need or as fluffy or flat as you want! Highly recommend for a more comfy sleep! Sometimes it does get hot and I flip the pillow around which works great for me :) Would definitely buy again! The quality is nice and the fabric is soft as well so it's not harsh on the face or skin or hair.

I bought these for my daughter... WELL her boyfriend love them so much I had to order another set.. they are cool, comfortable, you can remove some of the stuffing if its too much, I had to give one of mine up to a friend who used it once and loved it, the value is excellent, they are washable, I just can't say enough good about this pillow.

Purchased for my elderly mother who is bed bound and has dementia. She'd rub her head on the pillow like it itched, but she was just hot with always being on a pillow. Whether the pillow was down, synthetic, memory foam - all same, her neck and scalp felt hot. We'd scratch her head, brush her hair, massage - sooner or later she'd fuss again. Now with this cooling pillow, she is happy and not fidgety. She's been quiet and comfortable ever since! This pillow is GREAT! The fact that you can take out some of the shredded filling and adjust the thickness is genius. In fact, we could make another little pillow with the extra filling. Both outer and inner pillowcases are well-made. Also, I'm storing the leftover filling in a plastic bag and keeping it in the original zippered packaging. All very well manufactured and sturdy stitching. I'm getting more pillows for my husband and friend's husband right now, these guys are always hot. The full amount of filling will work perfectly for them as both are big men and need a thicker pillow. Great price too. Thrilled with the pillow! Thank you!

I have a neck injury and it is so hard to get comfortable. These pillows are a game changer! The pieces of foam allow the pillow to conform to your neck and head like no other pillow, and the ability to add/remove the filler without jeopardizing the inner or outer cover makes them customizable. I have only had them for a couple of days now, but it’s helping me sleep much better. I found them to be too bulky/puffy at first, but removing some of the filler solved the problem without sacrificing the support. They also stay cool, which is a huge plus.
