Very comfortable pillow. Purchased for the cooling effect. Definitely very cool when I initially put my head on the pillow. However, for me, the cooling effect doesn’t last long. Maybe it isn’t supposed to. But found myself turning the pillow repeatedly to get to a cool spot. Size is typical and it’s a supportive pillow. Just received so can’t speak to quality longevity. I got it on Prime day so the price was right. Wish it stayed cooler a little longer but otherwise a great pillow!

This pillow is great! It took only few hours to reach max size. It does have huge volume but soft on touch. The protector case is great, you can tell the difference between the cool and the soft sides. It has a slightly smell which is normal, but after I removed the protector and washed it, and let the inside out in the air for few days, it got rid of it. Compared to others I have tried, it smelled less when I first opened the box. It is big so you would probably need to remove some of the filling which is super easy to do to make it the right size for you. I liked that it came fully filled and allowed some to be removed which meets anyone preferences. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

These pillows feel amazing and have obliterated my neck pain. I used to have to use two pillows, but just one is great support. It’s firm enough for support, but not to firm. It fit in my queen size pillowcases perfectly. They’re not flat. I am a fan of having the option of cooling or bamboo just by flipping it over.

The media could not be loaded. These pillows are pretty decent overall, but they’re way too full and tall. Even my husband, who usually likes high pillows, thought they were too much. Honestly, there’s enough filling in there to make almost another pillow. I prefer something medium height, so they just didn’t work for sleeping. But as back support while sitting up in bed — they’re perfect. The cooling effect is actually really nice! If you get headaches or feel hot at night, it helps a lot — just make sure to use the pillowcase that comes with it, or you’ll lose most of that cooling feel. After two years, they’ve held up surprisingly well — just a few tiny fabric pills on the cooling side and a bit of color fading on the other. Otherwise, still look and feel solid.
