First off, let me say that these types of pillows are my go-to over the old polyester filled ones I used to buy. When you combine that and a cooling cover? Sold! With a price-point like this, it was an easy choice. When it arrived it was overstuffed and needed to have a little material removed. Easily done. Then I combined it and a bamboo fabric cooling case and it was the right mix of soft and puffy with good support. I was pleased with the quality of manufacture also, that some pillows I've tried have lacked and allowed stuffing to come out. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised with these pillows and would recommend them to the My Pillow crowd.

It takes a day or two to fully expand. Once I got to using it, it was pretty comfy and I was able to sleep well with it. I do wish that it was a bit more firm and maybe slightly bigger since the pillow feels flimsy but that isn't a deal breaker. It also came with a smell but after a week, it was fine. Overall decent.

Nice pillows, super comfortable. I’m a side/stomach sleeper and they were just a tad too think for me, I had to take some of the stuffing out and put it up for if the pillow goes flat. I will say that as you lay on it the filling sort of squishes up to the top of the pillow, but I just flip it around and go right back to sleep. It has plenty of support and the size is perfect for me. I’d buy again. I say though that the “cooling” effect isn’t really what I was hoping for, even still you can tell the cool side from the bamboo side and it’s not a deal breaker for me.

This cooling memory foam pillow is amazing! I’m a side sleeper, and this pillow has completely changed the game for me. I was previously using a down-filled pillow that was supposedly designed for side sleepers, but honestly, it doesn't even come close to the support and comfort this one offers. It’s perfectly firm without feeling stiff, and it cradles my head and neck in a way that actually relieves pressure. I love that you can remove some of the filling to customize the loft (even though I haven’t needed to—the default fill is perfect for me). The cooling effect is a nice bonus too.
