This pillow has been a game changer for my sleep scores. I tried several pillows from Amazon, Walmart, BB&B, etc, only to be disappointed that the pillow listed as "firm" was not. I can assure you; this one definitely is and has a density to it that I was desperately searching for. When I put my head down at night, I don't want the pillow to sink down and I don't want to have to work at rearranging it. This one keeps your head in place. While being firm tough, it also manages to achieve a softness that allows you to fall asleep almost immediately. I now spend very little time fluffing up the pillow or flipping it over for coolness. The pillow comes in a cleverly designed zippered pouch and all you do is release it and let it fluff up for a few hours. A nice touch is the handwritten note from the owner of the company assuring that if you have any questions or concerns to call them directly with a phone number listed! I don't ever recall seeing anything like that from the thousands of products I've purchased on line. That gave me assurance that the quality of production and standards would be there - and they most certainly are! Got the pillow (firm Queen) for our new beds and we like it well. It’s comfortable and did not gave me or my family neck pain. Took a few hours to get into shape. One note tho- the packaging is very tight. I was able to get the pillows out in 1-2 minutes by pulling hard a handful of times but it might not be the best for everyone so I suggest to cut the bag open carefully for easier unpacking. ... show more
