If i could give these pillows more then 5 stars I definitely would!! One side is cooling while the other side is soft. They do send you extra fluff. I love the idea of being able to take some fluff out till its perfect for you. I kept my extra that I took out and put it in the bag that comes with the pillows.

These QUTOOL cooling pillows are good quality and have a nice cooling feel. They come very full and firm, so for us there was too much foam inside at first. After removing some of the filling, the pillows became very comfortable and supportive. Once adjusted, they sleep well and work for different sleeping positions. A good choice if you like adjustable pillows and don’t mind customizing the firmness.

Definitely the thickest pillow I've ever had (you control the filling amount, you can add or remove as much as you want. I got my boyfriend this pillow since Costco no longer sells their PureLux cooling pillows that I have and this pillow delivers the same quality. It stays cool and I like that, unlike the PureLux, it is cold on both sides. It's made from the same conductive fibers that keep you cool and of course it machine washes great. If you're picky about pillow thickness and demand a cool pillow (with great airflow), definitely consider this pillow. It's super soft, squishy, well-sized and can absolutely be used to block out noise if you like sleeping with a pillow on your head. 9/10 overall, my one tiny gripe is the extra foam pieces need a ziplock to store them since the original packaging does not reseal, but everything else is great!

The firmness is absolutely perfect—supportive without feeling stiff—and it instantly felt comfortable the moment I laid down. I really love that it comes with a separate package of extra foam, so you can customize the height and firmness to your preference. That level of adjustability makes a huge difference. It’s incredibly relaxing to sleep on, and I woke up feeling well-rested with no neck discomfort. Highly recommend this pillow if you’re looking for comfort, support, and a great night sleep. Edited to add back a star. The company stood by its product and offered me a refund when they saw this review. I'll also add that if you like firmer, more shallow pillows (say, stomach sleepers) you may like this quite a bit. At first this pillow was a 5/5 for me. The stuffing sticks together way better than the similar expensive pillow from the company with the initials CHG, and so it seemed to solve the problem I had with that and other pillows - that the stuffing moved from your head during the night, leaving the area under your head thin, and creating an angle. This basically stayed put due to its rather sticky nature. Great! The problem is that as the stuffing in this pillow ages (in this case about a month), you have to fluff it in the dryer more and more and more often to prevent it becoming a hard brick. I basically have to tumble it in the dryer daily now. An extremely frustrating pillow in terms of the longevity of the filling.

I would gladly give this pillow 10 stars if I could. It came the same day, so it was off to a great start. Then the big tests, any smells? NO. Comfortable and supportive? A resounding YES. I’m a side sleeper and im telling you it is extremely comfortable. I was just testing it but felt I could fall asleep faster than usual. Right now I’m laying against it upright, with a few pillows behind it, to watch tv, and it’s even comfortable this way too. But for sleeping, I only need one pillow, and this is it!! Now please keep in mind I’m mainly a side sleeper, so this speaks to that position. They also gave me extra of the filling to put inside the pillow which I haven’t tried out because it’s just so amazing the way it is. A big thank you to the maker of this pillow and the seller!

I received my full body pillow and it is heavy. I was skeptical at first because I thought how could something so heavy give me relief. The first night I put the pillow at the headboard. I still woke up as I normally did with the pain traveling throughout my body. The second night I wrapped myself around the pillow and woke up with dried droll on my mouth and chin. My neck still hurt. I have a feathered down small pillow that I wrap around my neck and it gives me pain relief. I have used my body pillow every night since I received my order. My quality of sleep has improved and when you get a good night of sleep it means the world to you. The pillow is cool to the touch and it's remained cool to the touch. The price is affordable.
