Amazing pillow! Ive always had problems with finding a pillow that supports my head correctly. For years, I haven't found a firm pillow I like. You can customize the firmness by taking out the stuffing inside the pillow. They provide a bag/case for extra stuffing your take out. The first night the pillow was too firm. Better than soft pillows for me but I woke up with a stiff neck. The second night I took out about 25% of the stuffing and it was perfect. No neck pain or waking up with a headache. My sleep has been amazing! No longer am I tossing around or fluffing the pillow in the middle of the night. My tendinitis pain has gone down significantly as I dont put my hand under the pillow for support. I used to have a restless pain in my leg and this has magically gotten rid of it. No more stiff legs in the mornings. I am so happy with this purchase and highly recommend to anyone who has trouble finding a firm pillow.

This is the most comfortable pillow ever ! I don't even know how to describe it. It is fluffy and firm all at the same time. It has helped with my night sweats, my neck issues are starting to improve (which will take time, unless the pilllow could softly massage my neck at night too). I have been a horrible sleeper pretty much my entire life, the other night I was albe to sleep most of the night, I fall back asleep faster when I do wake up. I have looked at other pillows that cost well over $100 each, and this is pillow is half the price and you get 2 ! The only down fall is that I never want to leave my bed now. If you toss and turn or have night sweats, I would give it a try.

A friend had just gotten these pillows a week ago & showed them to me along with the bag of extra fill hers came with. I bought two queen size pillows the same day. They came, zero odor, I put them in a cool dryer to fluff them & used them that night. I slept better than I've slept in years that night & the next night & now for the past 2 weeks. A M A Z I N G !! I was not happy that my set came with no extra fill so I called Amazon, they sent out another set, I opened the bag & no extra fill again & returned the pillows, so the manufacturer is messing up. I want my extra fill, hence 4 stars. Fantastic pillows. Be aware, they are HEAVY.

I love memory foam pillows. I have a Alswell artic cool memory foam that is old so I decided I would try this. It came with 2. One for me and one for my wife. I'm writing this review based on my feelings and my wife's. For me I'm not a fan. The first and only night I have slept on it I had such a hard time sleeping with it. It's comfortable and helps my neck and has cushioning. But the cooling on it doesn't work. I felt so hot sleeping on it. I would turn it over to soft and yet again it was just not s good fit for me. My wife on the other hand enjoyed it and that's the only reason I don't be returning them. She can use this other one when hers gets old or we can put it in the guest bedroom. But for me I'll spend $40 at Walmart and buy Alswell artic cool memory foam again everytime. It's hard to find a great pillow. Unfortunately this one isn't for me. Pillows today aren't cheap and I would like to have a few pillows to choose from. So I guess I'll stick to what I know and like and continue to every once and awhile try to see if something else catches my eye. Definitely sad this didn't work out and for some people it will be great for I'm sure. But not me. I need something that keeps me cool all night.

WOW - perfect because it’s adjustable. I have bought SO many pillows in the past 2 years. I finally have a favorite. I have so much trouble with my neck. I usually switch pillow in the night and usually wake up with neck pain and/or a headache. I can now throw out my backups which really are more of a pillow graveyard. 😊 Double layer cover so you can remove stuffing / filling without a mess. The cooling cover is amazing. It does not smell. I will definitely get a few more for guest rooms and for my husband.

Purchased these pillows last week because my prior pillows were giving me really bad neck and back/shoulder pain. So far these pillows are amazing. They’re nice and firm. I have had no neck pain since I started using them. Once opened they firmed up relatively quickly, and I was able to use them the same night. I love the fact that they came with extra foam just in case you need it. I haven’t had to use it, so I will keep it for the future. I highly suggest these pillows. They are definitely a great value for their money. Love that you can also remove the pillow cover to wash and they are a great quality. I am a side and stomach sleeper and have a hybrid mattress.
