My first instinct when I got these was that they were lumpy, floppy, and smelled funny.. But all of that cleared up as soon as I tried it. The comfort was amazing and I quickly learned how to use it. Laying in the center allowed a nice hold of my head and kept my neck straight, laying my head on the edge gave me a nice firm pillow, and I never found a position on it that didn't feel nice in some way. The smell cleared up in 2 or 3 days as well. tl;dr: They went from a 1 star to a 5 star as soon as I gave them a chance. Great pillows! ... show more

    • Not What I Expected

UPDATE: I gave it more time, and now I can’t sleep without it. I wasn’t using it correctly, but you have to sort of play around with it before you find your comfortable shape. I’ve learned to mold it to have my head positioned just right. I need Mike Lindell to come show me how to use this pillow. I was expecting so much better. Either it’s defective or I’m using it incorrectly. It’s supposed to “mold” when you shape it, but mine absolutely does not. It’s flat. There is no support. I tried it for 2 weeks and ended up switching to my old pillow every time. Unless someone can show me how to use it, I’m throwing it in storage. Such a waste of money. ... show more

The product is great, however you must do your research before buying. Loft and firmness are two separate things. My impression was firmer foam was used for a more firm pillow, that’s not the case. It’s volume of foam that makes the difference. I bought king set medium and they seem 1/2 full! My bad, not the brands fault. Go for more loft and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. It would be great of you could buy more foam and the pillows came with a zipper. ... show more

I ordered the set of 2 'premium', queen, medium, pillows and I could not be more disappointed. They have tiny pcs of cut foam in them,, cheap foam, so way is there so very little foam in these worthless pillows. You stand them on end and the foam doesn't even come half way up the pillow. You lay your head down on them and you'll feel far more bed than pillow. Move your head just a little and your head is flat on the bed as the small amount of junk foam moves to the side. Your head lays almost flat on the bed because there is very little foam in them. $65.00 for 2 flat pillows is a joke. I could have bought 5 much better pillows for far less money. They were literally worthless. I had to add material from other old pillows, then cut and sow these back up just to try and salvage part of my $65.00. Maybe the even more expensive pillows have more of this junk foam in them but how much are you willing to pay for enough junk foam that can actually keep your head off the bed. $65.00 was way to much I'm not paying even more. WORTHLESS JUNK!!! ... show more

Before I bought the king sized pillows, I owned the classic ones you see everywhere in stores. These are the only pillows my husband and I have agreed on! I ordered the white(med)/king sized ones because the Classic My Pillows I originally owned are too small for ordinary pillow cases that come with queen sized bedding. The king sized pillow fits better, but does stick out of the pillow cases a little. If you like a clean, uniform look when your bed is made, like I do, just turn the opening of the pillow case to the center of the bed and cover with throw pillows or add a closing mechanism (buttons, velcro, allergen free zip cases, etc) to your pillow case. The king size My Pillow is still a bit short in height for my pillow cases, bit they aren't that bad. I've read other reviews saying these pillows aren't filled enough; the extra space is there so you can fluff and primp your pillow for your comfort . I love the fact that you can wash these pillows and they bounce back like new! I find them to be good for my severe allergies too! I will keep my old Classic My Pillows for traveling because they are the perfect size for that and modify a couple of cases to fit them; but the king sized pillows I just received will stay on my bed! We just love them! I have jaw, back, and neck issues from old injuries and My Pillow is a good choice for me. I have tried many types of pillows; from ordinary polyester fill, feather, alternative down, Chillow( water filled pillows) , contoured memory form pillows, buckwheat filled, etc. You name it... I've tried it! But the My pillow has been the best so far! I can adjust where I want the fluff and support to relieve any pain or discomfort. The only real draw back or complaint I have is that these pillows don't have any cooling or heat wicking properties to them. If My Pillow ever fixes this issue I will probably buy new My Pillows. So if you don't have an issue with how most pillows warm up or if you need a good supportive and comfortable pillow, My Pillow is a good choice to try! Just follow the instructions when you get your pillow and give it a few nights try. Just like with a new mattress, you need to let your body adjust to your new pillow.
