Delivery fairly quick. Fan was double boxed and components were well protected. Instructions for installation were fairly comprehensive. In past installations handling a heavy motor assy with 5 long obstacle floating around it, over one's head while standing on a step ladder was very awkward but necessary due to the design of the motor assy. With this it was easy to install the blades as the last step and I recommend that. Looks good and is silent. If on a wall switch be aware that the light will always come on with the switch but the fan will only start with the remote. My only complaint is the sparse information in the users manual about the functions of the remote control. What is "Natural Wind" fan mode.

needed a low-profile fan it sits about 10 inches from the ceiling. I have installed few fans they are always a pain. This one assembles all on the ground minus the mounting bracket. You then have a hanging cord to hold the fan to hook up the wires. Easy for 1 person to do alone. Quiet and the remote gives you a ton of options, with the option of a phone app.

9/25/24 (Update): I'm bumping up the review because the manufacturer actually reached out to me to make things right from their end by refunding me 100% of the purchase. They could have easily just ignored my complaints but they did not so kudos to them for their customer service! Product is still has it's issues but can easily be corrected for future iterations, which, I would hope the manufacturer corrects. Original Review: If, and this is a big if, you manage to get this fan installed without using the worthless instructions and it actually works then props to you. Let me start off by talking about why I got this thing and then move on to the pros and cons. My old fan just recently went out. Years ago the first thing that went out was the light and then it was the fan itself. I checked to see if the black cord was hot and it was so it was obvious the transformer had gone bad. My options were to either scrap it and get a new one or make an attempt at finding an exact replacement to the transformer. Being that my old fan is right 18 years old I figured my luck in finding an exact replacement transformer was small to none. Due to its age it was not only dated but extremely large and heavy. So I opted to go with getting a replacement fan that was much more user friendly, easier to handle, and had more functionality. Enter the Jsaitee ceiling fan. This fan met all the criteria I was looking for in that it is super light, easy to handle, and had some really cool features, in particular, the ability to control both through an included remote and an app. Plus, it was relatively inexpensive at just under $80. Now, let's get onto the pros and cons. Pros: - It works well if you can get it installed and operating. - It is very light and is a one person job to install. - It is LED so it requires no bulbs. - Can spin in either direction depending on what you need it to do. - Nice, sleek look that isn't overbearing Cons: - Written instructions are worthless. Skipped steps, incoherent, illustrations that make no sense.....as usual a Chinese made product that didn't bother to hire an English speaker to write up the manual. Luckily, I saw that there is a video that does a way better job of demonstrating the installation process but even the video leaves a few gaps making one scratch their heads. Being an engineer I was able to logically figure out the installation process but I can only imagine how difficult it would end up being for someone who isn't used to advanced problem solving. - I was lucky enough to get the remote working unlike many others but to be honest, the remote is cheaply made and I question how long it will actually last. But in it's defense, most ceiling fan remotes these days are garbage. About the only thing I could figure out as far as remote buttons go was how to turn the fan and light on and off. I also figured out that the F/R button switches which direction you want the fan to go. Outside of those buttons, the rest of the buttons were just total trial and error as the symbols were vague at best. Nothing in the instruction manual. The buttons did do things I just didn't know exactly what purpose each provided. - My biggest grip was that the app does not work on this fan. It was one of the biggest reason I got it because I knew that the remote would be worthless. I figured I'd just scratch the physical remote since I could operate the fan using my phone. Well, I'm inclined to say that this fan was never intended to be operated via an app. I think it's total false advertising. There's nothing built into the fan or remote that would lead me to believe that there is bluetooth capability...... Conclusion: Even if you can get this fan installed and operating, I question it's reliability in the long run. If the remote happens to conk out on me then there will essentially be no way for me to operate the fan and it will at that point be considered junk. This could happen today, tomorrow, or years from now. I obviously would like it to be years from now but who knows? So in good conscience I cannot recommend this fan simply because of it's poor instructions and there is no guarantee on it's reliability. And the big negative is that it does not support any sort of app functionality, which, is a huge disappointment that I call false advertisement on!

This thing was easy to setup, is FASTTT, and I love the remote customizations. Installed it myself and I think it was easier to put the blades on after the base etc is hung. Now to finish scraping popcorn ceilings ugh!

Down side remote is cheap all buttons do not work and it does not pair to app. I even called Amazon tech for help we tried for 1hr to get it to pair and nothing. I was hoping to pair simply because the remote does not work completely so for this reason I cannot recommend this fan
