I purchased four ceiling fans in April, expecting reliable performance and long-term value. It’s now October, barely six months later and one of the fans has already stopped working. The light still turns on, but the fan no longer spins at all. I’ve tried troubleshooting with no success. This is frustrating, especially considering the short time frame and the fact that the other three fans are working fine. I expected better durability from this product. I love the ease of installing the fan and the controls but the fan is weak. Unless you are right under the blades, it doesn't really blow air at max speed.
