It's a nice, soft rug for the money, but because of Fedex's size requirements, instead of sending it rolled up, like they should have, they folded the rug In half and then in half again, so it came all wrinkled up with creases and bulges. I laid the rug out thinking it would flatten out over time, but after a week, it hadn't. It's also very light and thin, so it wouldn't lay flat, and it is very slippery. I read some reviews about others steam ironing it, so I tried it. I laid a damp towel on top of the creases and used the steam option on my iron to iron the creases out. It worked pretty well, and I was able to get most of the creases out, but the bumps and bulges were still there. I purchased some 2 sided carpet tape, and gorilla grip corner tape strips, and was able the stretch the rug out while taping it to the floor in several places, so it finally lays mostly flat, and no longer slides around when we walk on it. I'm satisfied with it now, but it took some work to get to that point. if you're looking for a rug you can just roll out and be done with it, this isn't it. The seller should consider shipping these rugs with a different carrier so they're not all wrinkled up when they get to their destination. ... show more

I like this shag because it’s a true white. My robot vac goes on it easily. I’ve had it about 2 months. I added a pad which I recommend to make it more comfortable and thick looking. I have gotten many compliments on it.

Just received this rug & put in our Great Room right away. I'm not used to the FOLD method of pack & ship but I'm sure the wrinkles will work their way out over time. Only complaint & something buyers need to know is, it is not a 1/2" pile. It's more like 3/4-1" pile which can be an issue for anyone concerned with mobility issues (maybe elders that tend to shuffle.) The rug is very nicely made. Soft and plush under foot. The color is a creamy beige. We did run the vacuum over to remove fuzz. A little hard to push due to the plushness of the rug (maybe an issue for some.) Overall, very satisfied with this rug. Don't be fooled, this carpet is low quality, creates a serious slipping hazard, and is so flimsy it won't lay flat.

This is a really nice rug. Not as thick as I thought it would be but there far from thin rugs. Got the 3x5 and 5x7 both were rolled. 2 of the corners on one and 1 on the other are curled up a bit (photo included) but I’ve only had them down a few days. There’s no weird smell from them, and they don’t look cheap at all. Color was right on. I’ve had to spot clean them from cats and they cleaned up well. ... show more
