The sofa was fairly easy to put together. The instructions were very helpful and I like how there was one included per each modular section. The frame material (wood) was very sturdy and heavier than expected. The fabric material is nice, thick and flexible. I also like the color of it because it adds interest and dimension instead of being just a solid black color. I have a dog and young child, but pet hair, while attracted to the fabric, is also extremely easy to clean off. That said, grass and other lent is harder to remove. I noticed in previous reviews some customers had a hard time putting on the fabric cover. I agree that in the beginning it was a little confusing so perhaps an instructional guide or video could be done. But since I have experience sewing, once I lined up the seams with the corners of the pieces, it was a piece of cake! And actually it was very clever how these covers were created - I enjoyed this process. I look forward to washing this fabric, but wish that it came with care and laundering instructions. I am not sure about the fabric material, but I assume I would wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, but not put it in the dryer as it might shrink a bit. I purchased a dark color to prevent staining, but I haven't had to spot clean it as of yet. Likewise, it seems like a scotchguard product could be applicable if I so desire to help in that regard. There were no weird smells, fumes or off-putting odors that I noticed. The pillows were large, lofty and very full. I was very impressed with them and how they held their shape. They also had a pleasant smell and all the fabric colors matched throughout. I also appreciated that they were ready-made and made well. The seams are sturdy and all line up. Great attention to detail! All you had to do was put them in place on the sofa. It is very comfortable though I will say that the modular pieces below the seat cushions are harder than expected. I wish they had a little more padding, If you sit in between the pillows or on the edge, it is harder than I'd like. However, I feel as though I could add some extra cotton material inside the velcro liner to help remedy that. I haven't attached the sofa seats together just yet, but I like that the sofa doesn't shift or move around as it is sat on. That goes back to the solidness and sturdiness of the sofa frames. The ottoman storage piece is huge! Though I would have liked for it to have a fabric cover to cover the gray material. The only thing that covers it is the pillow, so if not careful, you can see the gray material beneath it. I will say that was a bit of a letdown. That extra cover on the lid of the ottoman would have really taken it over the top to provide that full luxurious feeling. Overall, it was a good buy and great value. It is well made and sturdy. I'm looking forward to seeing my guests responses to my new sofa and having many years of lounging on it.

Definitely not a cloud but you get what you pay for, being sight unseen in person I took the chance because I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on something I didn’t know if it was as advertised, it’s not soft at all. Firm, really large but the color is more of a cream not white and that was ok. Fabric can be itchy as it’s boucle. Looks nice for show but definitely not a long term set. Good thing that I can make other coverings in different fabric when I tire of the boule. It’s pretty much flash furniture for a moment but I’m ok with it. What I like about it is that it’s easy to move when you need to. Sit low so I purchased taller legs to lift the set. Ok… that’s it, that’s all I got.

I was so nervous to buy a couch on Amazon. This couch arrived within 3 days of ordering it! Came in 6 boxes and the seller immediately messaged me with every tracking number once it was created. Packed very well and arrived undamaged. Assembly was easy and each piece was made better than I expected. The fabric is heavy duty which brings me peace of mind with 2 dogs and a kiddo that loves to spill things. Everything comes off (even the base fabric) and can be washed in the washing machine. It’s very comfortable and easy to relax on. So many wins with this purchase. Extremely happy!!!!

We had some issues with the delivery and missing pieces, but the seller resolved it all. It just took a little longer to finally be able to put it together. I love the way it looks and the size. I would give it a 6/10 for comfortability, but that’s just the reality of this price range, in my opinion. The storage in the ottomans is a nice feature!

So...if anyone is wondering, this is the same couch that's sold at the big-box membership store. Me and my husband sat on it there and instantly fell in love, but they were sold out until late March and even then, they were still sold out. So I took a shot and ordered this couch on Amazon. Everyone should be aware of how this thing is packed, because I almost gave up putting it together after opening the box and trying to get it out. Depending on what size couch you order, you will get one 4x4 foot box that weighs approximately 80lbs per section or per ottoman. It is a TWO or even THREE person job. Do not attempt to put it together yourself. All the pieces including the pillows are stuffed EXTRA TIGHT into the frame. For the corner pieces you have to take out one rolled pillow and THEN the back frame part. Push the back piece forward towards the hole in the frame and then pick it up and lift it out. This leaves the pillow stuffed into the frame. DO NOT tear the packaging. The pillows are sort of compressed by a vacuum seal and once air hits it, it becomes even harder to get out. Have someone push this pillow down as you leverage and pull it out. It's folded. Don't pull at the entire pillow. Just try to grab the the top folded part of the pillow and press down with your mate while simultaneously wiggling it out. For the middle sectional pieces, you will have to press/grip/wiggle the top part of the pillow out before you get to the other pieces. I cant really explain the press/grip/wiggle. But I can tell any man doing it that aside from having a kidney stone, this is the closest feeling to pushing a baby out while giving birth; the odd satisfaction of pushing for your life and the relief once it's all done. I wished someone had prepared me for this. It took us 2 hours including myself, my husband and my man-child, huge teenage son. It did get easier and faster with each piece once you got that hang of taking the pieces out of the box and which way the covers go. Threading on the feet also was a pain because you have to put them on through the fabric. Center the leg piece in the hole, hold it down firmly and THEN turn. So I'm letting you all know what you're potentially getting into putting this hell-spawn of a couch together. However...once you get it together, you will instantly forget how much it was a pain in the ssa to do; again kinda like childbirth. Which explains why women have MORE children. With that being said, I would definitely buy more of these couches. Please excuse my stuff, I'm still moving in to our new house. Also, we didn't put the little gripper feet that comes in the packaging on it so it does move around on hard floors. It also comes with brackets that can keep the couch together. The couch is a sand colored beige. It"s a nice actual beige and not greige. It looks cream in the photo but it is a tan color. The pillows have "ethically" sourced feathers in it. I don't know why people keep saying there is no back support, but for ME it is and the pillows stay on it and up just fine. It is literally the exact same couch sold at that big box membership store on their website but for about $500 cheaper. It takes about a day and a half to fully fluff out. I hope this helps somebody. I also hope it helps men appreciate childbirth. You're welcome ladies.
